【摘要】：在針灸學(xué)中,針向迎隨補(bǔ)瀉手法是根據(jù)十二經(jīng)脈氣血流注的順逆而定。針尖與經(jīng)脈循行方向相同則為補(bǔ)法;針尖與經(jīng)脈循行方向相反則為瀉法,并且與十二經(jīng)脈的氣血流注次序有關(guān)。手三陽(yáng)經(jīng)補(bǔ)法的針尖指向心臟,瀉法反之;足三陽(yáng)經(jīng)補(bǔ)法的針尖應(yīng)指向四肢末端,瀉法反之;手三陰經(jīng)脈補(bǔ)法的針尖應(yīng)指向四肢末端,瀉法反之;足三陰經(jīng)補(bǔ)法的針尖應(yīng)指向心臟,瀉法反之。筆者通過(guò)研究發(fā)現(xiàn):子午流注針刺法分為納甲法、養(yǎng)子時(shí)刻取穴法和納子法三種,前兩種屬于陽(yáng),是根據(jù)衛(wèi)氣的運(yùn)行情況而產(chǎn)生的,在治療時(shí)應(yīng)取衛(wèi)氣來(lái)治療,針刺宜淺不宜深,在針向迎隨補(bǔ)瀉時(shí),補(bǔ)法的針尖是指向心臟,瀉法的針尖則指向四肢末端,故與上述方法迥異。后一種屬于陰,是根據(jù)營(yíng)氣的運(yùn)行情況而產(chǎn)生的,即在治療時(shí)應(yīng)該取營(yíng)氣來(lái)治療,除針刺時(shí)宜深不宜淺外,其余與傳統(tǒng)方法大致相同。
[Abstract]:In the field of acupuncture and moxibustion, the acupuncture orientation is based on the converse flow of qi and blood of the twelve meridians. The direction of needle tip and meridian circulation is the same as reinforcing method, and the opposite direction of needle tip and meridian circulation direction is catharsis method, and it is related to the order of qi and blood flow of the twelve meridians. The needle tip of the three yang meridians of the hand should point to the heart and the method of catharsis; the tip of the method of reinforcing the three yang of the foot should point to the end of the extremities and the method of catharsis; the tip of the method of reinforcing the meridian of the three yin of the hand should point to the end of the extremities and the method of catharsis; The tip of the foot-three yin meridian supplement method should point to the heart and the catharsis method vice versa. The author found that the acupuncture method of Meridian flow injection is divided into three kinds: the method of Nacha, the method of acupoint at the time of adoption and the method of Nazi. The first two kinds belong to Yang, which are produced according to the operation of Wei Qi, and should be treated by taking Qi of Wei in the course of treatment. Acupuncture should be shallow rather than deep. The tip of the needle points to the heart while the tip of the catharsis points to the end of the extremities, so it is very different from the above method. The latter one belongs to yin and is produced according to the operating condition of Ying Qi, that is, it should be treated by Ying Qi in the treatment, except that acupuncture should not be shallow and should not be shallow, and the other methods are similar to the traditional methods.
