【摘要】：痛經(jīng)是指婦女正值經(jīng)期或行經(jīng)前后,出現(xiàn)周期性小腹疼痛,或痛引腰骶,乃至劇痛暈厥者,可伴惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉、頭暈、乏力等癥狀,是婦科臨床上的常見(jiàn)病,嚴(yán)重者影響日常生活。當(dāng)前西醫(yī)多憑借解痙方法減弱疼痛程度,其止痛成效顯著,但難從根本上治愈,一旦停止口服藥物則疼痛癥狀易再次出現(xiàn),與此同時(shí)還可能出現(xiàn)一些副作用,不適宜長(zhǎng)時(shí)間服用。中醫(yī)在治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)上有著顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì),因每個(gè)人體質(zhì)不同,強(qiáng)調(diào)整體觀(guān)念和辨證論治,使機(jī)體的氣血陰陽(yáng)得以平衡,標(biāo)本兼顧,從根本上治療本病,有著良好的療效。本論文通過(guò)研究與原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)相關(guān)中醫(yī)古典和現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)資料,結(jié)合經(jīng)典理論與各家學(xué)說(shuō),歸納、分析歷代醫(yī)家對(duì)原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的認(rèn)識(shí)及辨證論治規(guī)律,研究并概括導(dǎo)師治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的學(xué)術(shù)思想。吾師王昕教授于臨床工作20余年,將個(gè)人的臨床所思所想與各醫(yī)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)相融合,概括以為,原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)以實(shí)證較多,虛證并不常見(jiàn),總結(jié)歸納后,氣滯血瘀證又最為多見(jiàn)。治療上當(dāng)以疏肝理氣、化瘀止痛為基本治療原則,自擬“氣滯痛經(jīng)湯”,運(yùn)用臨床,療效顯著。
[Abstract]:Dysmenorrhea refers to a woman with periodic abdominal pain, or pain causing lumbosacral pain, or severe pain syncope, which can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, and so on. It is a common gynecological disease. Serious people influence daily life. At present, Western medicine mostly abates the degree of pain by means of antispasmodic methods, and its analgesic effect is remarkable, but it is difficult to cure fundamentally. Once the oral administration is stopped, the pain symptoms will easily reappear, and at the same time, there may be some side effects. It is not appropriate to take it for long periods of time. Traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable advantage in treating primary dysmenorrhea, because everyone has different physique, emphasizing the whole idea and dialectical treatment, so that the body's Qi, blood, yin and yang can be balanced, the specimen takes into account, fundamentally treating this disease, it has good curative effect. Based on the study of classical and modern literature related to primary dysmenorrhea, combined with classical theory and various theories, this paper analyzes the understanding of primary dysmenorrhea and the law of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. To study and summarize the academic thoughts of tutor in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Professor Wang Xin, my teacher, in the clinical work for more than 20 years, will individual clinical thinking and the experience of various doctors, summed up that, primary dysmenorrhea is more empirical, deficiency syndrome is not common, summed up, Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is the most common. The treatment should be based on the principle of soothing liver and regulating qi and removing blood stasis and relieving pain.
