【摘要】：前列腺癌是男性老年泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)中常見的惡性腫瘤之一,近年來我國前列腺癌發(fā)病率及死亡率也在不斷升高。內(nèi)分泌治療是目前晚期前列腺癌的主要治療方法,幾乎所有患者病變都將逐漸發(fā)展為去勢抵抗性前列腺癌。前列腺癌屬于祖國醫(yī)學(xué)"腎巖""癃閉""ve積""淋證""腰痛""尿血"等病的范疇。賈英杰教授將前列腺癌基本病機歸納為"正氣內(nèi)虛,毒瘀并存";賈師認為"虛、毒、瘀、濕"是該病病機的核心,以扶正,解毒,祛瘀,利濕為基本治療大法。賈英杰教授運用"截斷療法"治療前列腺癌,并取得了較好的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the male genitourinary system. In recent years, the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer have been increasing in China. Endocrine therapy is the main treatment for advanced prostate cancer. Almost all patients will develop into castrated resistant prostate cancer. Prostate cancer belongs to the category of kidney stone, dysphagia, ve accumulation, low back pain, urine blood and so on. Professor Jia Yingjie summed up the basic pathogenesis of prostate cancer as "deficiency of qi and coexistence of toxin and blood stasis"; Jia Shi believed that "deficiency, toxin, blood stasis and dampness" were the core of the pathogenesis of the disease, and the basic treatment method was to correct, detoxify, dispel blood stasis and promote dampness. Professor Jia Yingjie used amputation therapy to treat prostate cancer.
