【摘要】：目的研究治療胃潰瘍相關(guān)常用中藥及其功效分類,為應用中藥治療該病提供參考。方法采用信息定量統(tǒng)計方法,對中國知網(wǎng)·中國學術(shù)期刊網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版總庫·醫(yī)學衛(wèi)生科技數(shù)據(jù)庫1992—2012年收錄的6 458 821條文獻進行分析,以"胃潰瘍"為檢索詞進行全文檢索,分別以現(xiàn)代應用頻次較高的常用500味中藥藥名為檢索詞進行2次檢索,統(tǒng)計其應用頻次。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,按《中藥學》功效予以分類分析。結(jié)果治療胃潰瘍相關(guān)性中藥應用頻次較高的依次為甘草(6 823次)、黃連(4 943次)、丹參(4 416次)、白術(shù)(4 359次)、黃芪(4 333次)、白芍(4 214次)、柴胡(4 011次)、大黃(3 990次)、黨參(3 871次)、半夏(3 559次)等。這些中藥常組成的方劑為香砂六君子湯、左金丸、柴胡疏肝散等。按《中藥學》功效分類,綜合分析應用頻次較高的中藥分別為補虛藥、清熱藥、活血化瘀藥、理氣藥和祛濕藥等。結(jié)論補虛藥、清熱藥、活血化瘀藥、理氣藥和祛濕藥為治療胃潰瘍的常用中藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the traditional Chinese medicine and its efficacy classification in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 6 458,821 documents collected from 1992 to 2012 in the General Library of Medical and Health Science and Technology of China academic Journals published on the Internet were analyzed by using quantitative information statistics, and a full text search was carried out using "gastric ulcer" as the key word. Two searches were carried out with 500 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine names with high frequency of modern application, and the frequency of their application was counted. According to the statistical results, according to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to be classified and analyzed. Results the higher application frequency of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gastric ulcer was liquorice (6 823 times), Coptis chinensis (4 943 times), Salvia miltiorrhiza (4 416 times), Atractylodes macrocephalae (4 359 times), Astragalus membranaceus (4 333 times), Paeoniae Alba (4 214 times). Bupleurum chinense (4,011), rhubarb (3,990), Codonopsis pilosula (3,871), Pinellia ternata (3,559) and so on. These Chinese medicine often composed of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, Zuo Jin Pill, Chaihu Shugan San and so on. According to the classification of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency of application were respectively tonifying and deficiency medicine, heat clearing medicine, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine, regulating qi medicine and dispelling dampness medicine and so on. Conclusion tonifying deficiency, clearing heat, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi and dispelling dampness are commonly used Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer.
