【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)針灸整合方案治療老年頸椎病頸痛的近期療效。方法 60例老年頸椎病頸痛患者隨機(jī)分為整合針灸組和常規(guī)針刺組。兩組患者每周治療2次,兩次治療時(shí)間間隔72 h,10次為1個(gè)療程,4 w內(nèi)完成全部治療。依據(jù)Northwick Park頸痛量表(NPQ)評(píng)價(jià)療效。結(jié)果兩組治療后VAS及NPQ較治療前均有顯著下降(均P0.01),兩組VAS評(píng)分、NPQ評(píng)分下降程度比較,整合針灸組均優(yōu)于常規(guī)針刺組(P0.01)。結(jié)論整合針灸方案治療老年頸椎病頸痛具有很好的近期療效,可以明顯緩解患者的疼痛并改善其頸椎功能的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the short-term curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy on cervical pain in elderly patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 60 elderly patients with cervical pain were randomly divided into acupuncture group and routine acupuncture group. The two groups were treated twice a week, with a 72 h interval of 10 times as a course of treatment and complete treatment within 4 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated by Northwick Park cervical pain scale (NPQ). Results after treatment, VAS and NPQ were significantly decreased in both groups (all P0.01). The VAS score and NPQ score of the two groups were lower than those of the conventional acupuncture group (P0.01), and the integrated acupuncture group was superior to the routine acupuncture group (P0.01). Conclusion the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical pain in elderly patients with cervical spondylosis has a good short-term effect, which can significantly relieve the pain and improve the cervical vertebra function.
