【摘要】：目的:觀察針刺結(jié)合熱敏灸治療氣血兩虛型慢性蕁麻疹患者的臨床療效,探尋一種新的臨床思路與療法來治療慢性蕁麻疹。方法:選取60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的氣血兩虛型慢性蕁麻疹患者,采用隨機分組的方法,將60例患者分為兩組,治療組和對照組各30例。治療組采用常規(guī)針刺結(jié)合熱敏灸治療,對照組予常規(guī)針刺治療。研究周期為4周,從臨床各項癥狀體征分級評分、生活質(zhì)量評分、綜合療效評分、復(fù)發(fā)率等方面進行比較,觀察兩組患者臨床療效的差異。結(jié)果:1.兩組患者治療后各項臨床癥狀體征評分及總評分對比,P0.05,具有顯著性差異,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。2.兩組患者治療后生活質(zhì)量評分(DLQI)對比,P0.05,具有顯著性差異,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。3.臨床綜合療效評價:治療組總有效率為90.00%;對照組總有效率為70.00%;兩組療效對比P0.05,具有顯著性差異,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。4.兩組患者復(fù)發(fā)率對比,治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為6.67%;對照組復(fù)發(fā)率為16.67%;P0.05,具有顯著性差異,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:1.針刺結(jié)合熱敏灸能明顯改善慢性蕁麻疹患者的臨床癥狀體征分級評分、生活質(zhì)量評分、降低復(fù)發(fā)率。2.針刺結(jié)合熱敏灸治療慢性蕁麻疹具有治愈率高、療效顯著、復(fù)發(fā)率低等優(yōu)點,為慢性蕁麻疹提供了一個有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in treating chronic urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood, and to explore a new clinical thinking and therapy for the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: 60 cases of chronic urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood were selected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion, while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. The study period was 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms and signs were graded, quality of life score, comprehensive curative effect score, recurrence rate and so on were compared, and the difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was observed. The result is 1: 1. Two groups of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs score and total score comparison, P0.05, there is a significant difference, the treatment group is better than the control group. 2. The quality of life score (DLQI) of the two groups was significantly different after treatment (P 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group (3. 05%). Comprehensive clinical efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00g; the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00kum; the curative effect of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (4.4%). The recurrence rate was 6.67 in the treatment group and 16.67 in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion can obviously improve the clinical symptom and sign grading, quality of life score and reduce the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria patients. Acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion for chronic urticaria has the advantages of high cure rate, remarkable curative effect and low recurrence rate, which provides an effective treatment method for chronic urticaria.
