【摘要】：目的:本篇論文欲對(duì)姜樹民教授從氣血失調(diào)論治非酒精性脂肪性肝病辨證思路及用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。材料與方法:在CNKI上以“脂肪肝”或“非酒精性脂肪性肝病”或“肝著”或“癥瘕”或“積聚”為主題詞搜索得到相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)1260篇,粗篩及精讀800余篇,剔除不符合要求的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并結(jié)合對(duì)2015年1月1日至2015年12月1日的相關(guān)門診病例40余例進(jìn)行歸納分析。結(jié)果:通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),姜樹民教授認(rèn)為氣血失調(diào)是非酒精性脂肪肝發(fā)生、發(fā)展的病理基礎(chǔ),在此過程中伴見的痰飲、瘀血等病理產(chǎn)物又可作為推動(dòng)病情發(fā)展的重要致病因素。治療過程中在辨證基礎(chǔ)上,通過燮理中焦、疏肝理肺、行氣通絡(luò)逐瘀等調(diào)節(jié)人體正氣,祛除病理產(chǎn)物以達(dá)到臨床治療目的。結(jié)論:肝臟體陰用陽,發(fā)病過程總離不開氣血失調(diào),故從氣血失調(diào)論治更能全面把握疾病的病機(jī)及發(fā)展規(guī)律,高屋建瓴,常常事半功倍,取得較好療效。值得在臨床上推廣,并有待進(jìn)一步研究、完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize professor Jiang Shumin's experience in treating non alcoholic fatty liver disease with Qi and blood disorder. Materials and methods: 1260 articles were found on CNKI with "fatty liver" or "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease" or "liver viscera" or "liver mass" or "accumulation". To eliminate the relevant documents which did not meet the requirements, and combined with the related outpatient cases from January 1, 2015 to December 1, 2015, more than 40 cases were summarized and analyzed. Results: professor Jiang Shumin thought that the disorder of qi and blood was the pathological basis of the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver. The phlegm and blood stasis and other pathological products in the process could be used as the important pathogenic factors to promote the development of the disease. On the basis of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the course of treatment, regulating human body qi and removing pathological products to achieve the purpose of clinical treatment by relieving the Jiao, soothing the liver and regulating the lung, and regulating the body qi and removing the blood stasis by the Qi and the collaterals. Conclusion: the liver body Yin uses Yang, the disease process is always inseparable from qi and blood disorder, so the treatment from qi and blood disorder can grasp the pathogenesis and development law of the disease more comprehensively, from the height, often with half the effort, obtain better curative effect. It is worth popularizing in clinic, and need further research, perfect.
