【摘要】：目的研究分析潤肺止咳湯治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘臨床效果。方法選取我院50例小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒為研究對象。對照組給予孟魯司特鈉片及布地奈德治療,實驗組給予潤肺止咳湯治療。比較分析實驗組與對照組患者的治療效果、復發(fā)率及生活質(zhì)量等臨床指標。結(jié)果實驗組中,無效患者為2例,所占比例為8.0%,有效患者為10例,顯效患者為13例。對照組中,無效患者為7例,所占比例為28.0%,有效患者為9例,顯效患者為9例。實驗組治療有效率為92.0%,對照組治療有效率為72.0%,具有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。實驗組中復發(fā)例數(shù)為1例,對照組復發(fā)例數(shù)為5例。實驗組與對照組患者的復發(fā)率分別為4.0%與20.0%,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。實驗組認知評分為,(P0.05)。實驗組與對照組患者的軀體評分分別為(70.10±3.43)與(52.20±3.32)分,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘中應用潤肺止咳湯治療效果理想,能夠顯著改善患者的生活質(zhì)量,緩解臨床癥狀,提高治療有效率,具有臨床推廣的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of Runfei Zhike decoction on cough variant asthma in children. Methods 50 children with cough variant asthma in our hospital were selected. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets and budesonide, and the experimental group with Runfei Zhike decoction. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and quality of life were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results in the experimental group, there were 2 cases of invalid patients, 10 cases of effective patients and 13 cases of remarkable effects. In the control group, 7 cases (28.0%) were ineffective, 9 cases were effective and 9 cases were effective. The effective rate of treatment was 92.0 in the experimental group and 72.0 in the control group (P0.05). The number of recurrent cases was 1 in the experimental group and 5 in the control group. The recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 4.0% and 20.0 respectively, which were statistically significant (P0.05). The cognitive score of the experimental group was, (P0.05). The somatic scores of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were (70.10 鹵3.43) and (52.20 鹵3.32), respectively, with statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion Runfei Zhike decoction is effective in treating pediatric cough variant asthma. It can significantly improve the quality of life, relieve clinical symptoms and improve the effective rate of treatment.
