【摘要】：心力衰竭是各種心臟疾病發(fā)展的終末階段,是導(dǎo)致心臟病患者病死的重要原因。近年來研究發(fā)現(xiàn),炎性細(xì)胞因子在心力衰竭發(fā)生和進(jìn)展過程中起到重要作用。文章結(jié)合中醫(yī)毒邪致病理論和現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對炎性反應(yīng)的認(rèn)識,從病因病機(jī)、證候特征等角度分析了中醫(yī)"熱毒"理論與西醫(yī)炎性反應(yīng)學(xué)說的共同點,闡釋了兩者間的相關(guān)性,從新的視角對心力衰竭的病因病機(jī)進(jìn)行了探討。指出心力衰竭病機(jī)以氣(陽)虛為本,血瘀毒熱為標(biāo),內(nèi)生毒熱損心是其"標(biāo)實"病機(jī)的重要方面,認(rèn)為"清熱解毒"在心力衰竭治療中有重要意義。從理論、實驗和臨床等多維角度闡釋"清熱解毒"治療心力衰竭的可行性,為其進(jìn)一步的臨床推廣應(yīng)用提供了客觀依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Heart failure is the terminal stage of the development of various heart diseases and an important cause of death in patients with heart disease. In recent years, inflammatory cytokines have been found to play an important role in the development and progression of heart failure. Based on the theory of pathogenic toxin of TCM and the understanding of inflammatory reaction in modern medicine, this paper analyzes the common ground between the theory of "heat toxin" of TCM and the theory of inflammatory reaction of western medicine from the angles of etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome characteristics, and explains the correlation between them. The etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure were discussed from a new perspective. It is pointed out that the pathogenesis of heart failure is based on deficiency of qi (yang), heat of blood stasis and toxin is the standard, and heat of endogenetic toxin is an important aspect of the pathogenesis of "standard reality". It is considered that "clearing heat and detoxifying" is of great significance in the treatment of heart failure. The feasibility of "clearing away heat and detoxification" in the treatment of heart failure is explained from the view of theory, experiment and clinic, which provides an objective basis for its further clinical application.
