【摘要】：王莒生教授臨證,謹守病機,靈活選方,組方遣藥,特點突出。慣用蘇芩桑杏藥對治療咳嗽,酌加桃仁、威靈仙治療久咳不愈;善用當歸、萆參配合秦艽、土茯苓治療癢疹合并高尿酸癥;重用白芍,配合木瓜、甘草治療頸椎病;常用干姜、黃連調控血糖。王莒生教授認為臨床上病證復雜、寒熱虛實互見,立法用藥首先要分析病機,再辨證論治。識病辨證不僅要充分了解現(xiàn)代藥物的藥理,更應注意辨證論治,謹守病機,藥量要因人因時而異,"量人而用",選用最佳有效劑量;隨患者體質辨證和辨病考慮藥味的加減,做到"守古不泥古,有方若無方"。只有真正的細辨病機,通曉諸藥配伍及配比,臨床治療諸多疑難病癥才或可收事半功倍之效。
