【摘要】："膈氣虛"概念的首次出現(xiàn)是在《傷寒雜病論》中,古今注家多將其從宗氣虛或胃氣虛的角度作解,未免有"郢書燕說"之嫌。通過對膈氣源流的考證與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)"膈氣"一詞多指疾病的名稱或癥狀。通過"膈氣實(shí)"概念的構(gòu)建,并結(jié)合相關(guān)語境對"膈氣虛"進(jìn)行分析,得出"膈氣虛"是指無形之熱客于膈間的一種病理狀態(tài),"虛"在此并非形容人體正氣的虧虛,而是對無形邪熱的描述,造成將"膈氣虛"解為"宗氣虛"或"胃氣虛"的原因主要源于"虛"字在中醫(yī)語言中的使用習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:The first appearance of the concept of "phrenic qi deficiency" was in the Theory of complicated Diseases of typhoid fever. The ancient and modern annotators interpreted it from the angle of qi deficiency or stomach qi deficiency. Through the textual research and analysis of the phrenic air source flow, it is found that the term "phrenic qi" refers to the name or symptom of the disease. Through the construction of the concept of "phrenic qi" and the analysis of "phrenic qi deficiency" combined with the relevant context, it is concluded that "phrenic qi deficiency" is a kind of pathological state between the intangibles of heat and heat in the diaphragm, and "deficiency" is not a description of the deficiency of human body's healthy qi. It is the description of invisible evil heat that causes the explanation of "phrenic Qi deficiency" as "Zong Qi deficiency" or "stomach Qi deficiency" mainly from the usage habit of the word "deficiency" in the Chinese medicine language.
