【摘要】：目的探討甜夢口服液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴失眠治療中的臨床療效。方法將本院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的COPD合并失眠患者86例隨機(jī)分為對照組和試驗(yàn)組,每組各43例。對照組采用常規(guī)治療,試驗(yàn)組在對照組常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加服甜夢口服液治療。治療4周后,對比兩組的臨床療效、生活質(zhì)量,匹茲堡睡眠指數(shù)(PSQI)、睡眠效率、睡眠潛伏期、睡眠總時(shí)間、覺醒次數(shù)、覺醒總時(shí)間、肺功能。結(jié)果治療后,對照組和試驗(yàn)組的總有效率分別為79.07%和93.02%,兩組比較差異顯著(P0.01)。治療后,兩組患者PSQI總分、睡眠潛伏期、覺醒次數(shù)、覺醒總時(shí)間、呼吸癥狀、活動受限均顯著降低,睡眠效率、睡眠總時(shí)間、第1秒用力呼氣容量(FEV1)、和FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)均升高,同組治療前后比較差異顯著(P0.05);且試驗(yàn)組這些指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論甜夢口服液可改善COPD伴失眠患者的睡眠質(zhì)量,降低PSQI評分,具有一定的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Tianmeng oral liquid in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with insomnia. Methods from February 2013 to February 2015, 86 patients with COPD complicated with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the experimental group was treated with Tianmeng oral liquid on the basis of the control group's routine treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, quality of life, Pittsburgh sleep index (PSQI),) sleep efficiency, sleep latency, total sleep time, arousal times, total awakening time and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the experimental group were 79.07% and 93.02%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.01). After treatment, the total PSQI score, sleep latency, arousal times, total arousal time, respiratory symptoms and restricted activities were significantly decreased, sleep efficiency, total sleep time, forced expiratory volume (FEV1) were significantly decreased in both groups. Compared with FEV1/ forced vital capacity (FVC) increased significantly in the same group before and after treatment (P0.05). The improvement of these indexes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion Tianmeng oral liquid can improve the sleep quality of COPD patients with insomnia and decrease the PSQI score. It has certain clinical application value.
