【摘要】：從世界醫(yī)藥學的歷史進程來考察中醫(yī)理論體系的知識創(chuàng)新路徑與基本特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)理論的起源與構(gòu)建過程是先積累了天然藥物的知識,后產(chǎn)生發(fā)展了基礎(chǔ)理論。中醫(yī)理論體系的構(gòu)建是圍繞天然藥物的準確應(yīng)用與療效最大化,建立起了臨床適宜的中藥運用的技術(shù)方法與體系,反映出的是"先藥后醫(yī)"的基本特征;中藥理論和技術(shù)體系與臟腑經(jīng)絡(luò)氣血和病因病機等理論融合為一個整體后,形成了中醫(yī)理、法、方、藥的知識體系。相比較而言,西方醫(yī)藥學一直沒有出現(xiàn)醫(yī)學理論與天然藥物知識的融合,而是到近代在解剖生理與病因病理等理論指導下,不斷發(fā)展出新的化學藥物和生物藥物及臨床診療的新方法和技術(shù),呈現(xiàn)出的是"先醫(yī)后藥"的基本特征。
[Abstract]:From the historical process of medical science in the world, this paper examines the knowledge innovation path and basic characteristics of the theoretical system of TCM. It is found that the origin and construction process of TCM theory is that the knowledge of natural medicine is accumulated first, and then the basic theory is developed. The construction of TCM theory system revolves around the accurate application and the maximum curative effect of natural medicine, and sets up the technical method and system of clinical suitable Chinese medicine application, which reflects the basic characteristics of "first medicine before medicine"; The theory and technical system of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of zang-fu meridian, collaterals, qi and blood, etiology and pathogenesis were merged into a whole, forming the knowledge system of TCM theory, law, prescription and medicine. In contrast, Western medicine has not been a combination of medical theory and natural medicine knowledge, but in modern times under the guidance of anatomy, physiology, etiology and pathology. New chemical drugs, biological drugs and new methods and techniques of clinical diagnosis and treatment have been developed, showing the basic characteristics of "first treatment before medicine".
