【摘要】：目的:觀察應(yīng)用脊椎按壓法治療心腎不交型不寐與未應(yīng)用脊椎按壓法的臨床療效從而對臨床治療方案進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化以提高臨床治療效果。方法:施用隨機(jī)分組方法將60例符合心腎不交型不寐診斷指標(biāo)的病人分為A組30例,B組30例。A組施用常規(guī)推拿結(jié)合口服中藥的方案治療;B組施用常規(guī)推拿結(jié)合口服中藥配合脊椎按壓法治療。一周為一個(gè)療程,四周后觀察治療后不寐癥狀變化情況。結(jié)果:治療后,B組在睡眠質(zhì)量、日間功能改善優(yōu)于A組(P0.05),總有效率相較B組優(yōu)于A組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:B組脊椎按壓法結(jié)合手法中藥治療心腎不交型不寐可以顯著提高療效改善不寐患者的睡眠狀況,其療效確切且優(yōu)于應(yīng)用常規(guī)手法中藥相結(jié)合的A組。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of spinal compression in the treatment of heart and kidney disjoint insomnia and non-spinal compression in order to further optimize the clinical treatment to improve the clinical treatment effect. Methods: sixty patients who met the diagnosis index of heart-kidney disjoint insomnia were randomly divided into group A (n = 30) and group B (n = 30). Group A was treated with routine massage combined with oral Chinese medicine. Group B was treated with routine massage combined with oral Chinese medicine combined with spinal compression. A week as a course of treatment, four weeks after the treatment to observe the change of insomnia symptoms. Results: after treatment, the sleep quality and daytime function in group B were better than those in group A (P0.05), and the total effective rate was better than that in group B (P0.05). Conclusion: group B can significantly improve the sleep status of patients with insomnia by combining chiropractic and manipulation with Chinese herbal medicine. The curative effect of group B is better than that of group A which is combined with conventional manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine.
