【摘要】：目的:探討龍虎交戰(zhàn)針法聯(lián)合小針刀對肩周炎的療效觀察。方法:將168例肩周炎病人采用隨機數(shù)字表法均分為治療組和對照組各84例,其中治療組采用龍虎交戰(zhàn)針法治療,對照組采用平補平瀉療法治療,兩組均聯(lián)合小針刀治療,對比兩組治療效果。結果:兩組治療后VAS評分、肩關節(jié)活動度及日常生活能力均非常顯著優(yōu)于治療組(P0.01),治療組總有效率、顯效率、VAS評分、肩關節(jié)活動度及日常生活能力均顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論:采用針刺療法聯(lián)合小針刀對肩周炎具有明顯的治療效果,應用龍虎交戰(zhàn)針法聯(lián)合小針刀療法對本病的治療效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of long Hu belligerent acupuncture combined with small needle knife on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 168 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 84) and control group (n = 84). The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the VAS score, shoulder range of motion and ADL of the two groups were significantly better than those of the treatment group (P0.01). The total effective rate, effective rate and VAS score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group. Shoulder motion and ADL were significantly better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with small needle knife has obvious therapeutic effect on shoulder periarthritis, and long Tiger belligerent acupuncture combined with small needle knife is better in treating this disease.
