【摘要】：目的:通過Meta分析,系統(tǒng)評價中醫(yī)三期辨證理論在前臂骨折治療中的臨床療效。方法:電子檢索中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)、相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫(CBM),手工檢索相關(guān)期刊,收集三期辨證治療前臂骨折的隨機(jī)對照試驗。由2名研究人員依據(jù)納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇試驗、提取資料和評價試驗質(zhì)量后,采用Review Manager 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。成果:共納入12個隨機(jī)對照試驗。中醫(yī)三期辨證對前臂骨折、縮短骨折愈合時間具有良好的效果。臨床實際治療中應(yīng)提倡根據(jù)三期辨證進(jìn)行具體化的個性治療。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)三期辨證治療前臂骨折可以改善臨床治療效果,縮短骨折愈合時間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of three-stage syndrome differentiation theory in forearm fracture by Meta analysis. Methods: electronic retrieval of Chinese sci-tech periodicals full-text database (VIP), Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang database, Weipu Chinese scientific and technological journal database, Chinese biomedical database (CBM), manual retrieval of related journals. A randomized controlled trial was conducted for the treatment of forearm fractures with three stages of syndrome differentiation. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, two researchers selected the test, extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the test. The Meta analysis was carried out with Review Manager 5.3 software. Results: a total of 12 randomized controlled trials were included. The third stage of TCM syndrome differentiation has good effect on forearm fracture and shortening fracture healing time. In clinical practice, individualized treatment should be carried out according to three-stage differentiation of symptoms and signs. Conclusion: the treatment of forearm fracture with three stages of TCM syndrome differentiation can improve the effect of clinical treatment and shorten the time of fracture healing.
