【摘要】：目的:通過與單純應(yīng)用針刺療法或中藥塌漬療法療效的比較,觀察針刺結(jié)合中藥塌漬療法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病(血瘀氣滯證)的臨床療效。材料與方法:收集2015年3月~2016年11月間遼寧省中醫(yī)院骨一科病房的162例神經(jīng)根型頸椎病(血瘀氣滯證)患者,將患者按入院順序用數(shù)字編號(hào),應(yīng)用SPSS軟件隨機(jī)分為3組,綜合組采用針刺配合中藥塌漬療法治療,針刺組采用針刺療法,塌漬組采用中藥塌漬療法,療程為2周。應(yīng)用VAS評(píng)分、癥狀量化評(píng)定對(duì)治療前、治療2周后、療程結(jié)束3個(gè)月后隨訪的的療效進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析并評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:入組患者中1例因皮膚過敏原因作為脫落病例剔除,2例應(yīng)用其他藥物脫落,3例因失訪脫落,最終納入統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析156例,綜合組52例,針刺組50例,塌漬組54例。156例患者均完成治療及隨訪,3組VAS評(píng)分、癥狀量化評(píng)定及療效比較,綜合組較針刺組和塌漬組效果明顯(P0.05),結(jié)果有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:采用針刺結(jié)合中藥塌漬療法治療神經(jīng)根型頸椎病,比單純采用針刺或中藥塌漬治療具有更加顯著的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type (blood stasis qi stagnation syndrome) by comparing the curative effect of acupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine collapse stain therapy. Materials and methods: from March 2015 to November 2016, 162 patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type (blood stasis and qi stagnation) were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups by SPSS software. The comprehensive group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture, and the group with collapse of traditional Chinese medicine was treated for 2 weeks. VAS score and quantitative evaluation of symptoms were used to analyze and evaluate the effect of follow-up before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results: one case was eliminated because of skin allergy, 2 cases were dropped off by other drugs, and 3 cases were dropped off because of missing visit. Finally, 156 cases were included in statistical analysis, 52 cases in the comprehensive group and 50 cases in the acupuncture group. There were 54 cases in the collapse group. All the patients were treated and followed up. The VAS score, the quantitative evaluation of symptoms and the curative effect of the combined group were significantly better than those of the acupuncture group and the collapse group (P0.05), the results were statistically significant. Conclusion: it is more effective to treat cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.
