苗藥了哥王不同炮制品乙醇提取物對小鼠的急性毒性作用比較

【摘要】:目的:比較苗藥了哥王生品、不同炮制品乙醇提取物對小鼠的急性毒性,為了哥王汗?jié)n法炮制工藝優(yōu)選及其安全用藥提供依據(jù)。方法:采用汗?jié)n法對了哥王的飲片炮制30d得炮制品一,對了哥王粗粉分別炮制14、7d得炮制品二和炮制品三。以70%乙醇為溶劑,采用滲漉法對了哥王生品及不同炮制品進行提取,并對不同乙醇提取物進行小鼠急性毒性實驗。結(jié)果:了哥王生品、炮制品一乙醇提取物的半數(shù)致死量(LD_(50))分別為4.05、6.65 g/kg,相當于臨床70kg成人日用量的19、32倍。而了哥王炮制品二、炮制品三乙醇提取物的LD50無法測出;最大耐受量(MTD)分別為20.0、15.0 g/kg,相當于臨床70 kg成人日用量的95、71倍;最大給藥量(MLD)分別近似為30.0、20.0 g/kg,相當于臨床70kg成人日用量的143、95倍。結(jié)論:了哥王炮制品的毒性明顯低于生品,且了歌王粗粉炮制14d后毒性低于炮制7d。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the acute toxicity of ethanol extracts from different processed products to mice. Methods: perspiration method was used to extract the processed products for 30 days, and the crude powder for 14 ~ 7 days were processed for the second product and the processed product 3 respectively. In this paper, 70% ethanol was used as solvent to extract the crude and processed products of Wang by percolation method, and the acute toxicity test of different ethanol extracts was carried out in mice. Results: half lethal dose (LD_ _ (50) of ethanol extract was 4.05 ~ 6.65 g / kg, which was 32 times of that of clinical adult 70kg. The LD50 of the processed triethanol extract could not be detected, and the maximum tolerance (MTD) was 20.0 ~ 15.0 g / kg, which was 95 ~ 71 times that of the clinical 70 kg adult daily consumption. The maximum dose of (MLD) was approximately 30. 0 ~ 20. 0 g 路kg ~ (-1), which was equivalent to 1 43 ~ 95 times of the daily dose of clinical 70kg in adults. Conclusion: the toxicity of the processed product was obviously lower than that of the raw product, and the toxicity of the processed product was lower than that of the processed product for 7 days after 14 days of processing.
