【摘要】：推拿又稱(chēng)按摩,在古代有按蹺、喬摩、按bd等諸多名稱(chēng),作為中醫(yī)學(xué)養(yǎng)生保健的重要手段被廣泛應(yīng)用于防病治病、強(qiáng)身健體、延年益壽等方面。推拿養(yǎng)生的理論與方法一直被歷代醫(yī)家和養(yǎng)生學(xué)家所推崇,但有關(guān)推拿養(yǎng)生的寶貴文獻(xiàn)大部分都已亡佚,其余的一些散見(jiàn)在古代推拿專(zhuān)著、官修叢書(shū)以及一些綜合類(lèi)醫(yī)學(xué)著作當(dāng)中。繼承他們的思想及經(jīng)驗(yàn),不僅對(duì)研究者來(lái)說(shuō)具有很高的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,同時(shí)對(duì)當(dāng)代臨床醫(yī)者同樣具有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。本研究以時(shí)間為軸線(xiàn),按照推拿養(yǎng)生理論與方法的產(chǎn)生、演變直至成熟的過(guò)程,從歷代各時(shí)期有關(guān)推拿養(yǎng)生內(nèi)容的文獻(xiàn)著手進(jìn)行本課題的研究。首先梳理了古代推拿養(yǎng)生的歷史沿革,明確各時(shí)期推拿養(yǎng)生的代表性著作。其次結(jié)合各醫(yī)家有關(guān)推拿養(yǎng)生的思想與學(xué)說(shuō)發(fā)展,對(duì)相關(guān)著作的推拿養(yǎng)生理論運(yùn)用“集成”、“歸真”、“納新”的理論研究方法,進(jìn)行分析整理并加以闡釋,得出了推拿養(yǎng)生理論體系所包涵的六部分內(nèi)容。最后按照理論框架建構(gòu)的基本步驟、運(yùn)用范疇歸類(lèi)等方法,對(duì)所選出的代表性文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行標(biāo)注、梳理、分析、篩選,確定出符合能夠完善理論體系框架的詞語(yǔ)概念,基于范疇分類(lèi)的方法進(jìn)行分類(lèi)建庫(kù),從而形成以詞語(yǔ)庫(kù)形式表達(dá)出較為完整的理論體系框架。本文從對(duì)推拿養(yǎng)生理論體系構(gòu)建的原則與構(gòu)建的方法兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述該理論體系框架的構(gòu)建過(guò)程。構(gòu)建理論體系框架的原則應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足其科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、實(shí)用性、兼容性以及規(guī)范化的特點(diǎn)。構(gòu)建理論體系的方法包括:文獻(xiàn)的選擇與收錄、框架頂層設(shè)計(jì)與范疇的分類(lèi)、詞語(yǔ)的標(biāo)注與篩選、確定詞語(yǔ)上下位關(guān)系并以詞語(yǔ)庫(kù)的形式最終呈現(xiàn)推拿養(yǎng)生理論體系的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。建立起較為完善的中醫(yī)推拿養(yǎng)生理論體系框架有著重大的科學(xué)意義,首先充分發(fā)揮其理論的導(dǎo)向作用,使運(yùn)用推拿按摩這一醫(yī)療手段更好的為人類(lèi)健康服務(wù),真正可以起到養(yǎng)生保健的作用。其次,建立起來(lái)的推拿養(yǎng)生理論體系框架可以補(bǔ)充到中醫(yī)推拿科應(yīng)用理論體系的框架中,這對(duì)中醫(yī)推拿不僅在理論研究方面還是實(shí)際應(yīng)用方面都具有重要意義。同時(shí)建立起的理論體系框架以詞語(yǔ)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的形式呈現(xiàn),有助于推動(dòng)中醫(yī)藥信息整合的發(fā)展,完善已構(gòu)建的中醫(yī)應(yīng)用理論體系框架,促進(jìn)中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域知識(shí)共享與傳承,是實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代衛(wèi)生保健的需要。
[Abstract]:Massage, also called massage, has many names in ancient times, such as stilts, Jomo, bd and so on. As an important means of health care in traditional Chinese medicine, it is widely used in disease prevention and treatment, strengthening health, prolonging life and so on. The theory and method of massage health preservation have always been praised by physicians and health conservationists in the past dynasties, but most of the valuable literature on massage health preservation has been lost, and some of the rest have been scattered in ancient massage monographs. Official revision series and some comprehensive medical works. Inheriting their ideas and experiences not only has high academic value for researchers, but also has practical guiding significance for contemporary clinicians. This research takes the time as the axis, according to the generation of massage health theory and method, evolves until the mature process, from the past dynasties each period related massage health preservation content literature to carry on the research this topic. First of all, combing the history of ancient massage health, and clarifying the representative works of massage health preservation in various periods. Secondly, combined with the development of the thought and theory of massage and health preservation of various doctors, the theory of massage health preservation in related works is analyzed and sorted out by using the theoretical research methods of "integration", "return to truth" and "new acceptance". The six parts of the theory system of massage health preservation are obtained. Finally, according to the basic steps of theoretical framework construction and category classification, the selected representative literature is annotated, combed, analyzed, screened, and the concept of words that can perfect the theoretical framework is determined. The classification database is constructed based on the categorical classification method, thus forming a relatively complete theoretical framework expressed in the form of lexical database. In this paper, the construction process of the frame of massage health theory system is expounded systematically from two aspects: the construction principle and the construction method. The principles of constructing the theoretical framework should satisfy its scientific, systematic, practical, compatible and standardized characteristics. The methods of constructing the theoretical system include the selection and collection of documents, the top-level design of the framework and the classification of categories, the tagging and screening of words, Finally, the frame structure of massage and health preservation theory system is presented in the form of lexical library. It is of great scientific significance to set up a more perfect theoretical framework of massage and health preservation in TCM. Firstly, the guiding role of the theory is brought into full play, so that massage and massage can be used as a medical means to serve human health better. Can really play the role of health care. Secondly, the framework of massage health preservation theory system can be added to the framework of Chinese massage science applied theory system, which is of great significance not only in theoretical research but also in practical application. At the same time, the framework of theoretical system is presented in the form of word database, which is helpful to promote the development of information integration of Chinese medicine, perfect the framework of applied theory system of traditional Chinese medicine, and promote the knowledge sharing and inheritance in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. It is the need to realize modern health care.
