【摘要】：目的:選取《中醫(yī)治未病技術(shù)操作規(guī)范—中藥面部貼敷法干預(yù)痤瘡》課題中使用一號消炎面膜的200例尋常型痤瘡患者對其進(jìn)行臨床分析,了解其進(jìn)行規(guī)范化治療后患者的治療情況及各中醫(yī)證型之間的治療差別,從而對臨床的應(yīng)用起到指導(dǎo)作用。材料與方法:通過選用2015年12月至2016年3月在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院、遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第三醫(yī)院、阜新市中醫(yī)院、丹東市中醫(yī)院、錦州市中醫(yī)院、綿陽市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院、西安海棠職業(yè)學(xué)院醫(yī)療美容技術(shù)學(xué)院、寧夏回族自治區(qū)中醫(yī)醫(yī)院、大連市皮膚病醫(yī)院、本溪市中醫(yī)院、丹東市中醫(yī)院中使用一號消炎面膜貼敷法干預(yù)尋常型痤瘡患者。對200例尋常型痤瘡患者的性別年齡、病程、發(fā)病誘因、中醫(yī)證型及治療情況進(jìn)行臨床分析。結(jié)果:1:13~24歲的尋常型痤瘡患者數(shù)最多為137例。且隨著年齡的增加患者例數(shù)在逐漸減少,男女性尋常型痤瘡患者在各年齡段所占比例情況不同。隨著年齡段的增加,男性尋常型痤瘡患者在各年齡段所占比例在逐漸降低,女性尋常型痤瘡患者在各年齡段所占比例在逐漸增高。2:200例尋常型痤瘡患者發(fā)病誘因中因飲食不規(guī)律、生活習(xí)慣不良引起的最多為125例。3:200例尋常型痤瘡患者中肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證與脾胃濕熱證例數(shù)較多,且肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證有效率最高為97.59%,余下依次為脾胃濕熱證、沖任失調(diào)證、痰瘀互結(jié)證。4:一號消炎面膜的總有效率為94%。結(jié)論:1:尋常型痤瘡患者中青少年發(fā)病率最高。2:尋常型痤瘡發(fā)病的誘因多與情志及生活習(xí)慣有關(guān)。3:一號消炎面膜貼敷法干預(yù)尋常型痤瘡效果良好,尤其對肺經(jīng)風(fēng)熱證型的治療效果最為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to select 200 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated with No. 1 anti-inflammatory mask in the subject of "Technical Standard of Chinese Medicine for preventing and treating Disease-Chinese Medicine facial sticking method for intervention of Acne", and to carry out clinical analysis of 200 cases of acne vulgaris. To understand the treatment situation of patients after standardized treatment and the difference of treatment between different TCM syndromes, so as to play a guiding role in clinical application. Materials and methods: the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine, the third affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine, Fuxin traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Dandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Jinzhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected from December 2015 to March 2016. Mianyang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xi'an Haitang Vocational College Medical and Beauty Technology College, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Dalian Dermatology Hospital, Benxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, The No. 1 anti-inflammatory mask was used in Dandong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to interfere with acne vulgaris. Sex and age, course of disease, inducement, TCM syndromes and treatment of 200 patients with acne vulgaris were analyzed. Results: 1: the maximum number of acne vulgaris patients aged 24 years was 137. With the increase of age, the number of patients with acne vulgaris decreased gradually, and the proportion of male and female patients with acne vulgaris varied from age to age. With the increase of age, the proportion of male acne vulgaris patients in each age group is gradually decreasing, while the proportion of female acne vulgaris patients in all age groups is gradually increasing. The most cases caused by poor living habits were 125 cases. In 3: 200 patients with acne vulgaris, there were more cases of lung meridian heat syndrome and spleen stomach dampness heat syndrome, and the highest effective rate of lung meridian heat syndrome was 97.59. The rest was spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome, Phlegm and blood stasis syndromes. 4: the total effective rate of No.1 anti-inflammatory mask is 94. Conclusion: 1: among the patients with acne vulgaris, the incidence rate of adolescents is the highest. 2: the inducement of acne vulgaris is related to emotion and living habits. 3: 1. The effect of anti-inflammatory mask application on acne vulgaris is good. Especially for the lung syndrome of wind-heat treatment effect is the most obvious.
