【摘要】：漫長的中醫(yī)臨床診療實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)是形成穩(wěn)定的辨證論治理法方藥體系的必由之路,故將碎片化的個(gè)體診療經(jīng)驗(yàn)上升為診療規(guī)律是提高中醫(yī)辨證論治水平的關(guān)鍵問題。提出中醫(yī)師個(gè)體化辨證論治理法方藥是一種自洽的知識體系,是醫(yī)生、特定患者群、治療方案間不斷完善達(dá)到和諧成熟的過程,也是名醫(yī)成才之路,將辨證論治知識體系中顯性知識與隱性知識綜合分析,運(yùn)用知識圖譜可視化建模技術(shù)表達(dá)出來,實(shí)現(xiàn)"病-證-治-效"等層面表達(dá)個(gè)體診療規(guī)律是中醫(yī)臨床研究的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The long practical experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the only way to form a stable system of dialectical treatment, so it is a key problem to improve the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment by elevating the fragmented experience of individual diagnosis and treatment to the rule of diagnosis and treatment. It is pointed out that the individualized dialectical treatment of TCM is a self-consistent knowledge system. It is a process of continuous perfection and maturation among doctors, specific patient groups and treatment schemes, and is also a way for famous doctors to become talented. It is an important content of TCM clinical research to analyze the dominant knowledge and tacit knowledge synthetically in the knowledge system of syndrome differentiation and treatment, and express them by using the visual modeling technology of knowledge atlas, so as to realize the expression of individual diagnosis and treatment law at the level of "disease-syndrome-treatment-effect".
