【摘要】：目的研究分析手法整復(fù)閉合穿針內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療小兒肱骨髁上骨折的臨床效果。方法選取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的30例肱骨髁上骨折患兒,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組15例(采用閉合復(fù)位石膏外固定治療)和觀察組15例(采用手法整復(fù)閉合穿針內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療)兩組,觀察對(duì)比兩組患兒的治療效果。結(jié)果對(duì)照組患兒的優(yōu)良率為53.33%(8/15),觀察組患兒的優(yōu)良率為93.33%(14/15),觀察組患兒的優(yōu)良率明顯高于對(duì)照組患兒,且觀察組患兒的骨質(zhì)愈合時(shí)間明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論手法整復(fù)閉合穿針內(nèi)固定術(shù)治療小兒肱骨髁上骨折有著良好的臨床效果,能夠有效地幫助患兒改善癥狀,縮短治療時(shí)間,利于患兒的身體快速恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of manual reduction and closed needle fixation for supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods 30 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were selected from June 2015 to June 2016. Patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (15 cases) and the observation group (15 cases). The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared with that of the control group (15 cases) and the control group (15 cases). Results the excellent and good rate was 53.33% (8 / 15) in the control group and 93.33% (14 / 15) in the observation group. The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the bone healing time of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus by manual reduction and closed needle fixation has a good clinical effect. It can effectively help the children to improve their symptoms, shorten the time of treatment, and facilitate the rapid recovery of the body of the children with humeral supracondylar fractures.
