【摘要】：目的:本課題觀察芪參通絡(luò)飲對(duì)穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(氣虛血瘀型)患者的臨床療效及安全性,并觀察芪參通絡(luò)飲對(duì)穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(氣虛血瘀型)患者血清谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px),過(guò)氧化脂質(zhì)(LPO)水平的影響。方法:本次研究從黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科門診共篩選出符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例冠心病穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者隨機(jī)分為治療組30例和對(duì)照組30例,治療組(芪參通絡(luò)飲+常規(guī)治療),對(duì)照組(常規(guī)治療),觀察周期為28天。觀察治療前后臨床心絞痛癥狀,硝酸甘油停減率,中醫(yī)癥候積分及血清谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px),過(guò)氧化脂質(zhì)(LPO)的含量。結(jié)果:1.治療后治療組患者臨床心絞痛癥狀療效總有效率、硝酸甘油停減率分別為90.00%、90.00%,對(duì)照組分別為73.33%、70.00%,兩組比較均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2.兩組治療后,治療組治療癥狀積分療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在中醫(yī)癥狀的改善方面,治療組相較于對(duì)照組有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)(P0.01)。3.治療組治療前后對(duì)比,血清LPO水平下降,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;血清GSH-Px水平升高,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1.芪參通絡(luò)飲能夠改善穩(wěn)定型心絞痛(氣虛血瘀型)患者的心絞痛癥狀和中醫(yī)證候積分,提高硝酸甘油停減率。2.芪參通絡(luò)飲能提高患者血清GSH-Px活性以及降低血清LPO水平,減輕心肌氧化應(yīng)激損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qishen Tongluo decoction in patients with stable angina pectoris (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type). The effects of Qishen Tongluo decoction on serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and lipid peroxide (LPO) levels in patients with stable angina pectoris (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) were observed. Methods: in this study, 60 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Treatment group (Qishen Tongluoyin routine treatment), control group (conventional treatment), observation period is 28 days. Symptoms of angina pectoris, stopping rate of nitroglycerin, TCM symptom score, serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and lipid peroxide (LPO) content were observed before and after treatment. The result is 1: 1. After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in the treatment group, nitroglycerin stopping and decreasing rate were 90.00and 73.33g respectively. The two groups had statistical significance (P0.05); 2. After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). In the improvement of TCM symptoms, the treatment group had obvious advantages compared with the control group (P0.01). Compared with before and after treatment, serum LPO level decreased, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant, serum GSH-Px level increased, P0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. Qishen Tongluo decoction can improve angina symptom and TCM syndromes integral in patients with stable angina pectoris (qi deficiency and blood stasis type) and increase the stopping rate of nitroglycerin. 2. Qishen Tongluo decoction can increase the activity of serum GSH-Px and decrease the level of serum LPO and alleviate myocardial oxidative stress injury.
