【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)健脾潤膚湯對(duì)特應(yīng)性皮炎脾虛證患者面部皮膚屏障功能及皮疹嚴(yán)重程度的影響。方法觀察組:口服健脾潤膚湯;對(duì)照組:口服醫(yī)師自擬健膚方。中藥內(nèi)服均每日兩次,用藥4周。結(jié)果觀察組顯效5人,有效12人,無效12人,總有效率58.62%;對(duì)照組顯效3人,有效5人,無效20人,總有效率28.57%。兩組總有效率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組皮損SCORAD分值從療前(43.46±14.6)下降至(22.99±13.3),對(duì)照組皮損SCORAD分值從(46.59±12.2)下降至(31.30±14.7)。觀察組面部pH值從療前(7.00±1.57)下降至(6.51±1.37),皮膚脂質(zhì)含量從(33.14±19.98)下降至(32.86±17.54),含水量從(39.66±14.31)變至(47.41±11.91)。對(duì)照組面部pH值從療前(4.83±0.05)下降至(4.80±0.06),皮膚脂質(zhì)含量從(26.25±12.08)下降至(24.11±13.40),含水量從(32.75±11.87)變至(35.29±13.85)。兩組療后皮脂含量、皮膚含水量差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中藥健脾潤膚湯治療特應(yīng)性皮炎安全有效,并可提高面部皮膚含水量,下調(diào)面部皮膚pH值,提高皮膚屏障功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of Jianpi Runfu decoction on facial skin barrier function and severity of skin rash in patients with atopic dermatitis and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods the observation group was treated with Jianpi Runfu decoction and the control group with Jianfu decoction. Chinese medicine was given twice a day for 4 weeks. Results in the observation group, the total effective rate was 58.62 and the total effective rate was 28.57. The total effective rate was 28.57 in the control group, in which 3 were effective, 5 were effective, and 20 were ineffective, and 12 were effective, 12 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 58.62. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different (P0.05). The SCORAD score of skin lesions decreased from (43.46 鹵14.6) to (22.99 鹵13.3) in the observation group and from (46.59 鹵12.2) to (31.30 鹵14.7) in the control group. In the observation group, the facial pH value decreased from (7.00 鹵1.57) to (6.51 鹵1.37), the skin lipid content decreased from (33.14 鹵19.98) to (32.86 鹵17.54), and the water content changed from (39.66 鹵14.31) to (47.41 鹵11.91). In the control group, the facial pH decreased from (4.83 鹵0.05) to (4.80 鹵0.06), the skin lipid content decreased from (26.25 鹵12.08) to (24.11 鹵13.40), and the water content changed from (32.75 鹵11.87) to (35.29 鹵13.85). There were significant differences in sebum content and skin moisture content between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Runfu decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It can increase the water content of facial skin, lower the pH value of facial skin and improve the function of skin barrier.
