【摘要】：目的:本論文對(duì)著名老中醫(yī)耿鑒庭教授名方活血返聰湯治療老年性耳聾進(jìn)行了臨床研究,以杞菊地黃丸為對(duì)照組,明確其臨床療效,從而為老年性耳聾的臨床辨證和選方用藥提供更全面的依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)原則,為進(jìn)一步提高老年性耳聾患者的臨床療效作出有益的探討。方法:將滿足納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例老年性耳聾患者,隨機(jī)分成治療組和對(duì)照組,各30例。治療組口服活血返聰湯治療,對(duì)照組口服杞菊地黃丸,連續(xù)治療四周。治療結(jié)束后觀察治療前后患者的癥狀體征變化,通過統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法比較兩組的治療效果。從而明確活血返聰湯的臨床療效。結(jié)果:通過對(duì)60例老年性耳聾患者的臨床觀察,治療組的治愈率為0%,顯效率30%,有效率46.6%,總有效率為76.6%;對(duì)照組的治愈率為0%,顯效率6.6%,有效率40%,總有效率為46.6%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,兩組有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(p=0.0170.05),治療組臨床總體療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:活血返聰湯在補(bǔ)腎填精基礎(chǔ)上重視活血及開竅藥物的使用,符合老年性耳聾的生理病理特點(diǎn),其治療老年性耳聾的臨床療效優(yōu)于臨床常用藥杞菊地黃丸,能夠更有效的緩解和治療老年性耳聾的常見癥狀,延緩老年性耳聾病人的聽覺衰老過程,提高老年性耳聾病人的生活質(zhì)量。其組方配伍體現(xiàn)出補(bǔ)腎活血、開竅聰耳是治療老年性耳聾的有效治法,值得我們進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of famous old Chinese medicine professor Geng Jianting on the treatment of presbycusis with Huoxue Huicong decoction, taking Qiju Dihuang Pill as the control group. It provides more comprehensive basis and guiding principle for clinical syndrome differentiation and prescription selection of presbycusis, and makes a beneficial discussion for further improving the clinical curative effect of presbycusis patients. Methods: 60 cases of presbycusis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Huicong decoction and the control group with Qiju Dihuang pills for four weeks. The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by statistical method. So as to determine the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Huicong decoction. Results: through the clinical observation of 60 cases of presbycusis, the cure rate of the treatment group was 0, the markedly effective rate was 30, the effective rate was 46.6, and the total effective rate was 76.6.The cure rate of the control group was 0, the markedly effective rate was 6.6, the effective rate was 400.The total effective rate was 46.6. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups (p0.0170.05). The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Huoxue Huucong decoction attaches importance to the use of drugs for activating blood circulation and resuscitation on the basis of invigorating kidney and filling essence, which accords with the physiological and pathological characteristics of presbycusis. The clinical effect of Huoxue Huicong decoction in the treatment of presbycusis is better than that of Qiju Dihuang pills, which is a common clinical drug. It can effectively relieve and treat the common symptoms of presbycusis, delay the process of hearing senescence and improve the quality of life of presbycusis patients. The combination of its prescription reflects tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, and opening the orifices and ears is an effective method for the treatment of presbycusis, which is worthy of further discussion.
