【摘要】：目的:觀察從"虛、瘀、毒"立論的加味獨(dú)活寄生合劑治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將64例膝關(guān)節(jié)患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各32例,治療組予加味獨(dú)活寄生合劑配合玻璃酸鈉注射液治療,對(duì)照組予玻璃酸鈉注射液治療,5周后觀察兩組療效。結(jié)果:兩組治療前后VAS評(píng)分均降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后兩組VAS評(píng)分比較,治療組低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組治療后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能WOMAC評(píng)分優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:加味獨(dú)活寄生合劑可減輕膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者疼痛,改善膝關(guān)節(jié)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of modified Duhuo parasitic mixture on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 64 cases of knee joint were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The treatment group was treated with modified Duhuo parasitic mixture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection, and the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection. Results: the VAS scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); after treatment, the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05); the WOMAC score of knee joint function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: modified Duhuo parasitic mixture can relieve pain and improve knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
