【摘要】：目的:對治療慢性胃炎的用藥頻率及相關性進行分析,總結出常用藥物的性味、歸經(jīng)、類別等,并進行分析,總結出白光教授治療慢性胃炎的用藥特點。材料與方法:收集2016年1月至2016年12月就診于遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院脾胃病科門診的患者,并依據(jù)納入標準和排除標準進行篩選,運用Excel表格記錄患者的姓名、性別、年齡及所用方藥,通過SPSS22.0進行分析。結果:1.本次共錄入125味藥,使用頻率高于25%的藥物有23味,前5名依次是白術、白芍、砂仁、陳皮、紫蘇。2.藥物歸經(jīng)最多的是脾經(jīng),其余分別為胃經(jīng)、肝經(jīng)、肺經(jīng)、心經(jīng)、大腸經(jīng)、腎經(jīng)、膽經(jīng)、三焦經(jīng)、膀胱經(jīng)、小腸經(jīng)、心包經(jīng)。3.使用最多的分別是補虛藥、化濕藥和理氣藥,與清熱藥、利水滲濕藥及消食藥,共同構成治療慢性胃炎的主要藥物。4.收錄的125味藥中溫性藥使用最多,其余依次為寒性、平性、涼性、熱性。5.將使用頻率大于25%的藥物進行相關性分析,得出P0.01的藥對共計41對。6.聚類方主要為四君子湯和香砂枳術丸。結論:1.由分析可知,白光教授常用補虛藥、化濕藥和理氣藥,佐以清熱藥治療CG,反映了肝郁脾虛濕盛為CG的病機特點,以及扶正祛邪、肝脾同治的用藥特點。2.白術蒼術、木香砂仁、當歸白芍、蒼術厚樸、香附郁金為常用藥對。3.白光教授常以四君子湯和香砂枳術丸為基礎方治療CG。4.白光教授結合脾胃、肝胃(脾)、心脾的聯(lián)系論治CG。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the frequency and correlation of drugs used in the treatment of chronic gastritis, and to summarize the characteristics of the drugs used in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Materials and methods: from January 2016 to December 2016, the patients in the Department of spleen and stomach Diseases, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine, were collected and screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The names and gender of the patients were recorded by Excel table. Age and prescription were analyzed by SPSS22.0. The result is 1: 1. A total of 125 drugs were recorded this time, more than 25% of the use of 23 drugs, the top 5 followed by Atractylodes macrocephala, Radix Alba Paeoniae Alba, Amomum villosum, Old Peel, Perilla. 2. The most common drugs were spleen meridian, the rest were stomach, liver, lung, heart, large intestine, kidney, gallbladder, bladder, small intestine and pericardium. The most commonly used drugs were tonifying deficiency medicine, dehumidifying medicine and regulating qi medicine, together with heat-clearing medicine, moisturizing medicine and anti-food medicine, which constituted the main drugs for the treatment of chronic gastritis. 4. Among the 125 drugs collected, the temperature drugs were used the most, and the others were cold, flat, cool and hot. 5. According to the correlation analysis of the drugs used more than 25%, the result shows that the drug pair of P0.01 is 41 pairs. 6. 6. Cluster prescription mainly for the fourth gentleman decoction and Xiangsha Zhizhu pills. Conclusion: 1. According to the analysis, Professor Bai Guang commonly used tonifying medicine, dehumidifying medicine and regulating qi medicine, and combined with heat-clearing medicine to treat CG, reflected the characteristics of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency dampness as the pathogenesis of CG, as well as the characteristics of strengthening qi and dispelling evil and treating liver and spleen with the same medicine. 2. Atractylodes macrocephala Atractylodes Atracty Professor Bai Guang often uses Sijunzi decoction and Xiangsha Zhizhu Pill as the basis for the treatment of CG.4.
