【摘要】：目的:觀察和解安神方治療失眠癥(肝郁脾虛型)的臨床療效;總結(jié)導(dǎo)師臨床經(jīng)驗,為失眠癥(肝郁脾虛型)的治療提供新的思維方法,為臨床應(yīng)用和解安神方治療失眠癥(肝郁脾虛型)提供依據(jù)。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例患者隨機分兩組,試驗組36例采用和解安神方治療;對照組36例予右佐匹克隆口服治療;療程均為4周。治療結(jié)束后對兩組的臨床療效進行對比。經(jīng)過4周治療后,觀察兩組總體療效,評估患者失眠情況并進行對比分析,發(fā)放問卷評估患者主觀治療有效率,并且將所有觀察記錄數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件分析數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:兩組患者的年齡、性別等基本情況無明顯差異(P0.05)。研究過程中,排除終止試驗及脫落失訪患者,最終剩余67人完成本試驗(試驗組33人,對照組34人)。試驗組總有效率90.90%,高于對照組總有效率76.47%,試驗組與對照組相比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。試驗組僅1例出現(xiàn)便溏,藥物加減調(diào)整后正常,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為2.33%。對照組日間困倦4例,出現(xiàn)口干、口苦癥狀3例,出現(xiàn)頭暈、頭痛癥狀1例,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為18.60%。試驗組與對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:服用和解安神方治療失眠證(肝郁脾虛型)的治療效果比口服右佐匹克隆的治療效果顯著。用和解安神方治療失眠證(肝郁脾虛型),能有效改善患者睡眠質(zhì)量,改善患者兼次癥狀,減輕患者抑郁焦慮狀態(tài),提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of Heunanshen recipe in the treatment of insomnia (liver depression and spleen deficiency type), summarize the clinical experience of tutor, and provide a new thinking method for the treatment of insomnia (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type). To provide the basis for clinical application of Heunanshen recipe in the treatment of insomnia (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type). Methods: 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 36) was treated with Heanan Shen Fang (n = 36) and the control group (n = 36) by oral administration of right zopicone. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, we observed the overall curative effect of the two groups, evaluated the insomnia of the patients and carried on the comparative analysis, distributed the questionnaire to evaluate the effective rate of subjective treatment of the patients, and used the SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze all the observed data. Results: there was no significant difference in age, sex and other basic conditions between the two groups (P0.05). In the course of the study, the patients were excluded from the termination test and dropped off, and the remaining 67 patients completed the trial (33 patients in the trial group and 34 patients in the control group). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.90, which was higher than that of the control group (76.477.Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P0.05). In the test group, there was only one case with loose stools, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.33%. In the control group, there were 4 cases of daytime sleepiness, 3 cases of dry mouth, 3 cases of bitter mouth symptoms, 1 case of dizziness and 1 case of headache. The incidence of adverse reaction was 18.60%. There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the curative effect of the treatment of insomnia syndrome (liver depression and spleen deficiency type) by taking Heunanshen recipe is more effective than that of taking right zopicone orally. The treatment of insomnia syndrome (liver depression and spleen deficiency type) with reconciliation and Anshen prescription can effectively improve the sleep quality of the patients, improve the concurrent symptoms of the patients, alleviate the depression and anxiety of the patients, and improve the quality of life.
