【摘要】：目的：觀察加減清胃散治療脾胃濕熱型鼻疳的臨床療效。方法：收集2015年3月至12月期間,在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診就診的脾胃濕熱型鼻疳患者60例,隨機分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組30例,口服加減清胃散,外用全蝎軟膏涂患處；對照組30例,口服苦參膠囊,外用全蝎軟膏涂患處。以7天為一個療程,用藥兩個療程。觀察記錄兩組癥狀及體征積分情況,并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率為93.33%,對照組總有效率為80%,經(jīng)Ridit分析,P0.05,兩組療效存在顯著差異,即觀察組療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論：1.加減清胃散治療脾胃濕熱型鼻疳療效優(yōu)于苦參膠囊。2.加減清胃散對鼻痛、溢脂水、結(jié)黃痂、皮膚紅腫糜爛范圍這些癥狀和體征的改善優(yōu)于苦參膠囊；兩組藥物對鼻癢、脘腹痞滿、惡心納呆、小便短赤、大便溏薄這些癥狀改善療效相當(dāng)。3.在治療前后,加減清胃散除對小便短赤改善效果不明顯外,其他所有癥狀及體征均呈逐步改善趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of add and subtract clear stomach powder on spleen and stomach damp-heat nasal chancre. Methods: from March to December 2015, 60 cases of spleen and stomach damp-heat nasal chancre were collected and randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Scorpio ointment was applied to the affected area, while the control group (n = 30) was treated with Kushen capsule and Scorpio ointment. Take 7 days as a course of treatment, two courses of medication. The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed and analyzed statistically. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33 and the total effective rate of the control group was 80. There was significant difference between the two groups by Ridit analysis (P0.05), that is, the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion 1. The curative effect of adding and reducing Qingwei Powder in treating spleen and stomach damp-heat nasal chancre is better than that of Sophora flavescens capsule. 2. The improvement of the symptoms and signs of adding and reducing Qingwei Powder to the range of nasal pain, fat overflow, yellow scab, skin redness and erosion is better than that of Sophora flavescens capsule. Loose stool thin these symptoms to improve the efficacy of equivalent. 3. Before and after treatment, all symptoms and signs showed a gradual improvement trend, except that the effect of adding and reducing Qingwei Powder was not obvious.
