【摘要】：瘡瘍是指各種致病因素侵襲人體后引起的感染性疾患,包含疔、癤、癰、疽等多種疾病,是中醫(yī)外科最常見(jiàn)疾病之一,臨床發(fā)病率高。針對(duì)此病臨床多采用抗生素治療,然而抗生素濫用易增加細(xì)菌耐藥性,同時(shí)增加患者二重感染機(jī)會(huì)。艾灸作為傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)外治法之一,具有升舉陽(yáng)氣、促進(jìn)腠理疏通、消腫化膿、祛風(fēng)止癢、止痛生肌的作用,在皮膚病治療方面獨(dú)具特色,對(duì)皮膚瘡瘍治療療效可靠。文章通過(guò)對(duì)該法古今臨床應(yīng)用梳理,挖掘整理總結(jié)灸量,施灸時(shí)間,配合藥物及機(jī)制的探討,希望能探尋療病,創(chuàng)新療病,以拓寬治療思路。
[Abstract]:As one of the most common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, sore is one of the most common diseases caused by various pathogenic factors, including furuncle, carbuncle, gangrene and so on. Antibiotics are often used to treat this disease. However, antibiotic abuse can increase bacterial resistance and increase the chance of double infection. Moxibustion, as one of the traditional external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine, has the function of raising Yang Qi, promoting the clearing of striae, reducing swelling and suppuration, dispelling wind and relieving itching, relieving pain and producing muscle. It has unique characteristics in the treatment of skin diseases, and has a reliable curative effect on treating skin ulcers. Through combing the clinical application of this method in ancient and modern times, excavating and summing up the amount of moxibustion, the time of moxibustion, and the discussion of medicine and mechanism, this article hopes to explore and innovate the treatment of disease, so as to broaden the therapeutic thinking.
