【摘要】：目的:探究《金匱要略》雜病病機(jī)間“合并、兼”關(guān)系的辨治規(guī)律,彰顯其理論與實踐價值。方法:藉“合病、并病”與后世“兼病(證)”之說,通過查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對其進(jìn)行匯總分類,進(jìn)而提出病機(jī)之間“合并、兼”關(guān)系,圍繞《金匱要略》雜病病證進(jìn)行探討、分析,總結(jié)雜病的辨治規(guī)律。成果:(1)“合病、并病、兼證”其實質(zhì)是講病機(jī)之間的“合并、兼”關(guān)系。(2)圍繞《金匱要略》雜病病證展開討論,探究其辨治規(guī)律,擴(kuò)大了其臨床應(yīng)用范圍。結(jié)論:病機(jī)之間“合并、兼”關(guān)系新設(shè)想的提出及其辨治規(guī)律研究,為臨床提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the law of differentiation and treatment of the relationship between the pathogenesis of miscellaneous diseases and the synopsis of the Golden Chamber, and to highlight its theoretical and practical value. Methods: according to the theory of "syndromes and diseases" and "concurrent diseases (syndromes)" of later generations, by referring to relevant literature and classifying them together, the authors put forward the relationship between pathogenesis and pathogenesis, and discussed the syndromes of miscellaneous diseases and syndromes around the synopsis of the Golden Chamber. The law of differentiation and treatment of miscellaneous diseases was analyzed and summarized. The results are as follows: (1) the essence of "syndromes, syndromes and syndromes" is "combination and combination" between pathogenesis and pathogenesis. (2) discussion is carried out around the syndromes of miscellaneous diseases in synopsis of the Golden Chamber, the law of differentiation and treatment is explored, and the scope of clinical application is expanded. Conclusion: the new conception of "combination and combination" between pathogenesis and the study on the law of differentiation and treatment provide a new way of thinking for clinical practice.
