【摘要】：針對中醫(yī)病機理論的現(xiàn)代研究進(jìn)展和成果,從病機概念的內(nèi)涵詮釋和外延研究、病機結(jié)構(gòu)、分類及組成要素研究、病機與證候的相關(guān)性研究,以及病機理論的整理及探索性研究4個方面進(jìn)行述評�？偨Y(jié)中醫(yī)學(xué)病機理論研究現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)為其存在著病機概念內(nèi)涵和外延不明確,病機結(jié)構(gòu)、分類劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不統(tǒng)一,病因病機及證候界限劃分不清晰,以及部分研究片面、不符合中醫(yī)學(xué)邏輯等不足。同時指出中醫(yī)學(xué)思想、概念及基礎(chǔ)研究需要用多元、系統(tǒng)、動態(tài)的思維去探索,并且需要融合各學(xué)科先進(jìn)思想和技術(shù)而不斷前進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the progress and achievements of the modern research on the theory of pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper studies the connotation and extension of the concept of pathogenesis, the structure, classification and components of pathogenesis, the correlation between pathogenesis and syndromes, and the relationship between pathogenesis and syndromes. As well as the pathogenesis of the collation and exploratory research in four aspects of review. In this paper, we summarize the current research situation of pathogenesis theory in traditional Chinese medicine, and consider that the definition and extension of pathogenesis is not clear, the structure of pathogenesis, the standard of classification and classification is not uniform, the demarcation of etiology, pathogenesis and syndrome is not clear, and some researches are one-sided. Not in line with the logic of traditional Chinese medicine and other deficiencies. At the same time, it is pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine thought, concept and basic research need to be explored by multiple, systematic and dynamic thinking, and must be combined with advanced ideas and technologies of various disciplines to advance continuously.
