補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑對(duì)肺腎陰虛證支氣管哮喘緩解期肺功能的影響

【摘要】：目的:觀察補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑對(duì)肺腎陰虛證支氣管哮喘緩解期肺功能的影響,突出中醫(yī)藥治療支氣管哮喘的優(yōu)勢(shì),讓更多患者受益。方法:選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的支氣管哮喘患者40例,口服補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑10瓶/年,服藥時(shí)間分三個(gè)階段:第一階段:每年冬至開始服藥,每次50ml,2次/日,連續(xù)口服7.5天(共3瓶)后停藥;第二階段:三九第一天開始服藥,每次50ml,2次/日,連續(xù)口服10天(共4瓶)后停藥;第三階段:五九第一天開始口服補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑,每次50ml,2次/日,連續(xù)口服7.5天(共3瓶)后停藥。每1年為1個(gè)療程,觀察期為3年,每年對(duì)40位患者的FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%的檢測(cè)值分別記錄,并對(duì)治療前后數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。所有數(shù)據(jù)采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS20.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:(1)中醫(yī)癥狀積分比較:補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑能明顯緩解肺腎陰虛證支氣管哮喘緩解期患者的喘息、咳嗽咯痰、平素短息氣促、胸膈滿悶、口干煩熱、手足心熱、盜汗、腰膝酸軟癥狀(P0.05)。(2)治療前后FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%數(shù)值變化比較:從治療前FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%和療后FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%的P-P圖可以看出,這兩組數(shù)據(jù)滿足正態(tài)分布,且從成對(duì)樣本相關(guān)系數(shù)上看出該統(tǒng)計(jì)適合進(jìn)行配對(duì)樣本t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示每組比較的成對(duì)樣本統(tǒng)計(jì)量治療前-治療后的差值均為負(fù)值,據(jù)此可推斷出補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑可以改善支氣管哮喘患者的FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%的值,即治療后FEV1/FVC、FEV1、PEF%數(shù)值均呈上升趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。(3)入組患者治療前后均未見明顯毒副作用及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)肺益壽合劑治療肺腎陰虛證支氣管哮喘緩解期有較好的臨床療效,并能明顯改善患者的肺功能,在治療過程中未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng),可在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of Bufei Yishou mixture on lung function in remission stage of bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and kidney yin, highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating bronchial asthma, and benefit more patients. Methods: 40 patients with bronchial asthma who met the inclusion criteria were selected and 10 bottles per year were taken orally with Bufei Yishou mixture. The time of taking the drugs was divided into three stages: the first stage: the Winter Solstice began taking drugs twice a day, 50 ml / day each year. After taking 7.5 consecutive days of oral administration (3 bottles in total), the second stage: start taking medicine on the first day of the ninth, 50 ml / day twice a day, take orally continuously for 10 days (4 bottles), then stop the drug; stage 3: the first day of 59th begins to take Bu Fei Yishou mixture, After 50 ml / d, 7.5 days (3 bottles), the drug was stopped. Each year was a course of treatment and the observation period was 3 years. The FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% values of 40 patients were recorded each year and the data before and after treatment were analyzed. All the data were processed by statistical software SPSS20.0. Results: (1) comparison of TCM symptom score: Bufei Yishou mixture could obviously relieve wheezing, coughing phlegm, short breath shortness of breath, fullness of chest and diaphragm, dryness of mouth, hot heart of hand and foot, night sweat in patients with asthma of lung and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Comparison of FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% values before and after treatment (P0.05). (2): from the P-P diagram of FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% and FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% before and after treatment, we can see that the two groups of data satisfy normal distribution, and from the correlation coefficient of paired samples, it can be seen that this statistic is suitable for paired samples t test. The results showed that the difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment of paired sample statistics in each group was negative. It was inferred that Bufei Yishou mixture could improve the value of FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% in patients with bronchial asthma. That is to say, the value of FEV1/FVC,FEV1,PEF% increased after treatment (P0.05). (3). There were no obvious side effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment. Conclusion: Bufei Yishou mixture has good clinical effect in treating bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and kidney yin, and can obviously improve the pulmonary function of the patients. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the course of treatment, so it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
