【摘要】：目的評價針灸治療未破裂卵泡黃素化綜合征(Lu FS)隨機試驗的臨床療效。方法運用循證醫(yī)學的方法,通過檢索數據庫中關于針灸治療LUFS的臨床文獻,對符合納入標準的文獻進行質量評價,并運用Rev Man 5.2軟件進行Meta分析。結果共13個試驗符合標準,納入患者共計824例。Meta分析結果提示,針灸治療的臨床有效率可能優(yōu)于西藥對照組[RR=1.60,95%CI(1.45,1.77),P0.01]。結論針灸在治療未破裂卵泡黃素化綜合征方面可能存在一定優(yōu)勢,但由于研究中納入的文獻質量不高,仍需更多高質量的研究以使證據強度更高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of unruptured follicle luteinization syndrome (Lu FS). Methods Evidence-based medicine was used to search the clinical literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for LUFS in database. The quality of the literature that met the inclusion criteria was evaluated, and the Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.2 software. Results A total of 13 trials met the criteria, including 824 patients. Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy was probably better than that of western medicine control group [RR=1.60,95%CI (1.451.77) / P0.01]. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion may have some advantages in the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome, but because the quality of literature included in the study is not high, more high quality studies are needed to make the evidence stronger.
