【摘要】：目的:探討HP感染患者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型分布特點。方法:收集103例HP感染患者及116例正常人,并收集HP感染患者的一般資料,運用中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定表對患者及正常人進(jìn)行中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型判定,分析HP感染患者與正常人之間中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型差異及不同性別、年齡段HP感染患者中醫(yī)9種體質(zhì)類型分布情況。結(jié)果:103例HP感染患者中屬于單一體質(zhì)者55例(53.4%),兼夾體質(zhì)者48例(46.6%),HP感染患者前三位單一體質(zhì)類型分別為平和質(zhì)(28.75%)、痰濕質(zhì)(21.6%)及陰虛質(zhì)(15.57%)。結(jié)論:平和質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)及陰虛質(zhì)是HP感染患者常見的中醫(yī)體質(zhì)類型,祛痰化濕、滋陰潤燥是中醫(yī)調(diào)治HP感染病癥的重要治法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution type in patients with HP infection. Methods: 103 patients with HP infection and 116 normal subjects were collected, and the general data of patients with HP infection were collected. To analyze the difference of TCM constitution type between HP infected patients and normal people, and the distribution of 9 kinds of TCM constitution types in patients with HP infection in age group. Results among the 103 patients with HP infection, 55 (53.4%) belonged to the single constitution, 48 (46.6%) had the same weight and 48 (46.6%) had the same constitution. The first three single constitution types of HP infection were calmness (28.75%), phlegm dampness (21.6%) and yin deficiency (15.57%). Conclusion: placidity, phlegm dampness and yin deficiency are common types of TCM constitution in patients with HP infection. Dispelling phlegm and removing dampness and nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness is an important method of TCM in regulating the disease of HP infection.
