【摘要】：目的:觀察西醫(yī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治療加參紅通絡(luò)方與單純西醫(yī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治療,在改善不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、妊娠相關(guān)蛋白A(PAPP-A)、CRP、HCY、BNP指標(biāo)方面的差異。方法:將已確診的不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者160例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組80例,治療組80例。對(duì)照組給予西藥常規(guī)治療加安慰劑,治療組給予西藥常規(guī)治療加參紅通絡(luò)方。用藥2周,以治療后1周、2周為療效評(píng)價(jià)點(diǎn),觀察不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛患者M(jìn)MP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP指標(biāo)方面的差異。結(jié)果:血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平在治療組與對(duì)照組用藥前、治療1周和治療2周后,同組組內(nèi)前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平在治療組和對(duì)照組組間比較,兩組患者一般情況差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療1周血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平在治療組、對(duì)照組組間對(duì)比,兩組組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療2周血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平在治療組、對(duì)照組組間對(duì)比,兩組組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組于治療1周和治療2周時(shí),治療組均比對(duì)照組在降低血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平方面更顯著。結(jié)論:西醫(yī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治療加參紅通絡(luò)方比單純西醫(yī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化治療在治療不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛方面,明顯改善血清MMP-9、PAPP-A、CRP、HCY、BNP水平,是治療不穩(wěn)定性心絞痛的有效治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the difference of the indexes of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and pregnancy associated protein A (PAPP-A) in patients with unstable angina pectoris treated with Shenghong Tongluo recipe and simple western standardized treatment in order to observe the difference of the indexes of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and pregnancy associated protein A (PAPP-A) in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 160 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group (n = 80) and treatment group (n = 80). The control group was treated with routine western medicine plus placebo, and the treatment group with Shenhong Tongluo prescription. The difference of MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP indexes in patients with unstable angina pectoris was observed 2 weeks after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Results: the level of serum MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group before and after 1 week and 2 weeks treatment (P0.05). Before treatment, the level of serum MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP between the treatment group and the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The serum MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP level in the treatment group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the serum MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP level in the treatment group and the control group was higher than that in the control group at 2 weeks after treatment (P0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). After 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment, the level of serum MMP-9,PAPP-A,CRP,HCY,BNP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: the standard treatment of western medicine plus Shenghong Tongluo recipe is more effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris than in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. It is an effective method to treat unstable angina pectoris.
