【摘要】：目的探討熱敏灸聯(lián)合右歸丸治療脾腎陽虛型卵巢功能早衰(POF)的臨床療效及安全性。方法將142例脾腎陽虛型POF患者分為觀察組和對照組,每組71例。觀察組采用熱敏灸聯(lián)合右歸丸治療,對照組口服右歸丸治療,療程均為12周。治療結束后,比較兩組患者臨床療效、Kupperman評分、相關激素[雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黃體生成素(LH)]水平變化及不良反應發(fā)生率。結果觀察組總有效率為95.77%,對照組總有效率為77.46%,觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療前后兩組患者的Kupperman評分、相關激素水平均有明顯改善(P0.05),但觀察組患者Kupperman評分、相關激素水平的改善程度均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論熱敏灸聯(lián)合右歸丸治療脾腎陽虛型POF可緩解臨床癥狀,且安全性高,具有較高的臨床應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Yougui pill in the treatment of premature ovarian failure with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang. Methods 142 POF patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were divided into observation group and control group with 71 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Yougui pill, and the control group was treated with Yougui pill for 12 weeks. At the end of the treatment, the Kupperman score, the levels of estradiol (E 2), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),) luteinizing hormone (LH) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of observation group was 95.77g and the total effective rate of control group was 77.46. The observation group was obviously superior to the control group (P0.05), the Kupperman score and the related hormone level of the two groups were obviously improved before and after treatment (P0.05), but the Kupperman score of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). The improvement degree of related hormone level was better than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion Thermosensitive moxibustion combined with Yougui Pill can relieve the clinical symptoms of POF with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.
