【摘要】：目的根據(jù)中醫(yī)五運(yùn)六氣理論,探索人出生于不同地支及司天、在泉年份與其壽命長短的關(guān)系。方法收集青島大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬煙臺(tái)毓璜頂醫(yī)院2002年2月至2015年1月死亡病案資料6 020例,對(duì)不同地支、司天、在泉年份出生病例的壽命差異進(jìn)行Kruskal-Wallis H統(tǒng)計(jì)檢驗(yàn),以期探究不同地支、司天、在泉年份出生病例壽命的差異。結(jié)果不同地支;不同司天年份出生病例壽命差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),不同地支年份出生病例壽命長短排序?yàn)?子丑午未巳辰亥卯申酉寅戌;不同司天年份出生病例壽命長短排序?yàn)?少陰君火太陰濕土陽明燥金少陽相火厥陰風(fēng)木太陽寒水。不同在泉年份出生病例壽命差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論人出生于不同地支、司天年份對(duì)其壽命長短有一定影響。出生于子、丑、午、未地支年份病例的平均壽命均高于68歲并有延長趨勢,與少陰君火、太陰濕土司天年份出生病例平均壽命長于其他司天年份的結(jié)果相吻合。由此推測,出生于少陰君火、太陰濕土司天年份對(duì)壽命延長有促進(jìn)作用;出生年份的司天之氣較在泉之氣更會(huì)對(duì)人體壽命產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between life span and life span of human being born in different branches and days according to the theory of five and six qi in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 6020 cases of death records from February 2002 to January 2015 in Yantai Yuzhouding Hospital, affiliated to Medical College of Qingdao University, were collected and analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis H statistical test. With a view to exploring the different branches, days, spring years of birth cases of life expectancy. Results there were significant differences in the life expectancy of birth cases in different branch years (P0.05). The order of life span of birth cases in different branch years was as follows: Zichou Wu was not Maishenshenyouyinxu; The order of life span of birth cases in different days is: Shaoyin Jun fire is too wet earth, yang dryness, Shaoyang phase fire, Jueyin wind wood, sun cold water. There was no significant difference in life expectancy between different spring years (P0.05). Conclusion people were born in different branches, and the years of days had a certain influence on their life span. The average life span of the cases born in the years of birth, chou, midday and non-branch years were higher than 68 years and tended to be prolonged, which coincided with the results of the average life span of the cases born in the days of too damp and wet toast days longer than that of the other days. Therefore, it is inferred that born in Shaoyin Junghuo fire, the year of too wet toast can promote the prolongation of life span, and the life span of human body will be more affected by the Qi of Shitian in the year of birth than in the spring.
