【摘要】：目的觀察生化湯合失笑散治療產(chǎn)后胎盤胎膜的臨床療效。方法選取分娩后胎盤胎膜殘留的患者204例,隨機分為觀察組104例,對照組100例,其中觀察組給予生化湯合失笑散口服治療,療程7~14 d,對照組采用期待療法,兩組隨訪2個月,觀察并統(tǒng)計兩組患者血性惡露持續(xù)時間、治療前后B超檢查宮腔組織情況、清宮率、盆腔感染發(fā)生率。結(jié)果觀察組患者血性惡露停止時間(15.68±3.81)d,明顯少于對照組(21.37±5.15)d,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組有1例行清宮術(shù),清宮率為0.99%,對照組有55例行清宮術(shù),清宮率為55.00%,前者明顯低于后者,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組盆腔感染發(fā)生率分別為2.88%和5.00%,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。比較兩組治愈、無效的例數(shù),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論生化湯合失笑散可顯著提高產(chǎn)后胎盤胎膜殘留的臨床療效,縮短產(chǎn)后血性惡露的持續(xù)時間,促進(jìn)殘留組織排出,降低清宮率,減少對產(chǎn)婦心理和生理的創(chuàng)傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Shenghua decoction combined with Mixiao Powder in the treatment of postpartum placental membranes. Methods 204 patients with placental and fetal membrane residues after delivery were randomly divided into observation group (n = 104) and control group (n = 100). The observation group was treated with Shenghua decoction and Mianxiao Powder orally for 7 days, and the control group was treated with expectant therapy. The two groups were followed up for 2 months. The duration of bleeding lochia, the ultrasonic examination of uterine tissue, the rate of uterine clearance and the incidence of pelvic infection before and after treatment were observed and counted. Results the time of stopping bleeding lochia in the observation group was (15.68 鹵3.81) days, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (21.37 鹵5.15) days, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), in the observation group, there was 1 case of uterine clearing, the clearance rate was 0.99 and 55 cases in the control group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the former was significantly lower than the latter. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of pelvic infection in the two groups was 2.88% and 5.00, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion biochemical decoction combined with Mixiao Powder can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of postpartum placental membrane residue, shorten the duration of postpartum hemorrhagic lochia, promote the excretion of residual tissue, reduce the rate of clearing the uterus, and reduce the psychological and physiological trauma of puerpera.
