【摘要】：目的:觀察橘紅痰咳液治療感冒后咳嗽(寒咳)的有效性和安全性并探索其用藥劑量。方法:選取符合感冒后咳嗽標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例共240例,按照治療方法分為低劑量組和高劑量組各120例。結(jié)果:咳嗽癥狀改善總有效率:低劑量組夜間咳嗽和日間咳嗽的總有效率分別為87.29%和88.98%;高劑量組夜間咳嗽和日間咳嗽的總有效率分別為93.22%和94.92%�？┨蛋Y狀改善總有效率:低劑量組痰量總有效率為89.09%,痰的性狀總有效率為89.09%,咯痰難度總有效率為91.96%;高劑量組痰量總有效率為94.44%,痰的性狀總有效率為91.67%,咯痰難度總有效率為94.44%。兩組均無(wú)嚴(yán)重不良事件發(fā)生。結(jié)論:不同劑量的橘紅痰咳液治療感冒后咳嗽(寒咳)的療效均較好,高劑量組在保證高療效的同時(shí)也具有較高的安全性,低劑量組則兼具了療效與安全性,可為橘紅痰咳液兒童劑型的開發(fā)提供了安全性和療效性數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Juhong phlegm cough liquid in treating cold cough after cold and to explore its dosage. Methods: 240 cases of cough after colds were divided into two groups: low dose group and high dose group. Results: the total effective rate of cough symptom improvement was 87.29% in low dose group and 88.98% in daytime cough, and 93.22% and 94.92% in high dose group. The total effective rate of improving sputum symptom: the total effective rate of low dose group was 89.09, the total effective rate of sputum character was 89.09, the total effective rate of sputum difficulty was 91.966.In the high dose group, the total effective rate of sputum volume was 94.444.The total effective rate of sputum character was 91.67, the total effective rate of sputum difficulty was 94.444.The total effective rate of the low dose group was 89.09. No serious adverse events occurred in both groups. Conclusion: different doses of tangerine phlegm cough liquid are effective in treating cough (cold cough) after colds. The high dose group has higher safety as well as the high curative effect, while the low dose group has both curative effect and safety. It can provide safety and curative data support for the development of children's preparation form of orange phlegm cough liquid.
