【摘要】：代謝綜合征是心血管疾病的高危因素,代謝綜合征患者常出現(xiàn)的口臭、便秘、皮膚瘙癢、易生癰疽等類似于中醫(yī)學(xué)"毒"的表現(xiàn)。認(rèn)為"毒"在代謝綜合征的病因病機(jī)中起著重要作用,并從"毒"分型論治,可分為脾胃氣虛、濕毒內(nèi)蘊(yùn)證,火毒傷陰、陰虛陽亢證,氣滯血瘀、痰毒流注證,脾腎兩虛、瘀毒阻絡(luò)證。解毒同時(shí)調(diào)臟腑、和氣血,并且臨床上立法、選方、用藥還應(yīng)根據(jù)患者的表現(xiàn)靈活變通,不可拘泥。
[Abstract]:Metabolic syndrome is a high risk factor of cardiovascular disease. Metabolic syndrome patients often appear bad breath, constipation, skin pruritus, easy to carbuncle and so on similar to traditional Chinese medicine "poison" performance. It is considered that "toxin" plays an important role in the etiology and pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome. According to the classification of "toxin", it can be divided into spleen and stomach qi deficiency, dampness toxin internal accumulation syndrome, fire toxin injury yin, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm toxin flow injection syndrome and deficiency of spleen and kidney. The syndrome of blood stasis and toxin blocking collaterals. Detoxification simultaneously adjusts the viscera and qi and blood, and legislates clinically, chooses the prescription, the medicine also should be flexible according to the patient's performance, not to be bound.
