【摘要】：目的:探討糖尿病汗證的現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)用藥規(guī)律。方法:收集近15年中國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中治療糖尿病汗證的文獻(xiàn),以方藥分析為中心點(diǎn),運(yùn)用Excel及SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析藥物應(yīng)用及其規(guī)律。結(jié)果:共篩選出文獻(xiàn)68篇,得到治療糖尿病泌汗異常的中藥114味,累計(jì)使用頻次為808次。使用頻數(shù)在15次以上的藥物有18味。藥物分類統(tǒng)計(jì)中,使用頻率較高的有補(bǔ)虛藥、清熱藥、收澀藥、活血化瘀藥。藥性以平、溫、微寒為主。藥味以甘、苦、辛為主。歸經(jīng)主要是脾、肝、心、肺。結(jié)論:所用藥物以補(bǔ)益、清熱、收澀、活血化瘀為主,反映了糖尿病汗證本虛標(biāo)實(shí)的病因病機(jī)特點(diǎn)和補(bǔ)益、祛邪、固表并用的用藥規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the law of modern Chinese medicine used in sweating syndrome of diabetes mellitus. Methods: the literature on the treatment of sweating syndrome of diabetes mellitus was collected in the database of China in recent 15 years. The drug application and its regularity were analyzed by Excel and SPSS19.0 software. Results: a total of 68 articles were selected and 114 kinds of Chinese medicine were obtained for the treatment of abnormal sweating of diabetes mellitus. The accumulative frequency was 808 times. There are 18 flavors of drugs that are used more than 15 times. Drug classification statistics, the use of a high frequency of deficiency drugs, heat-clearing drugs, astringent drugs, blood-activating drugs. The drug is flat, warm, and cold. The medicine flavor to sweet, bitter, Xin mainly. The main meridian is spleen, liver, heart, lung. Conclusion: the drugs used are mainly tonifying, clearing away heat, collecting astringency, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which reflects the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of the deficiency and deficiency of diabetes mellitus and the law of the combination of tonifying, dispelling evil and solidifying the table.
