【摘要】：目的研究中藥治療對(duì)于晚期結(jié)直腸癌患者維持期的治療的臨床治療效果及價(jià)值。方法方便該研究選擇該院收治的56例晚期結(jié)直腸癌患者,選取時(shí)段為2014年6月—2016年6月期間,所有患者均處于維持期,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分組,應(yīng)用中藥治療的28例患者命名為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,而應(yīng)用西藥治療的另28例患者命名為對(duì)照組,治療后將實(shí)驗(yàn)及對(duì)照組患者的臨床治療效果進(jìn)行比較和分析。結(jié)果經(jīng)不同的治療,相比于對(duì)照組患者,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的無(wú)疾病進(jìn)展時(shí)間(6.54±1.48)個(gè)月明顯較長(zhǎng)、卡氏評(píng)分89.29%、CD4/CD8(1.95±0.70)及NK細(xì)胞(16.0±4.00)%均明顯較優(yōu),對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論中藥治療對(duì)于晚期結(jié)直腸癌患者維持期的治療具有理想的效果,不但可將無(wú)疾病進(jìn)展時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),同時(shí)可對(duì)患者生活質(zhì)量及免疫功能進(jìn)行改善,在臨床上值得應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine in the maintenance of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods the study selected 56 patients with advanced colorectal cancer from June 2014 to June 2016. All patients were in maintenance period. The 28 patients treated with Chinese medicine were named as experimental group, while the other 28 patients treated with western medicine were named as control group. After the treatment, the clinical effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results compared with the control group, the time of disease free progression in the experimental group was (6.54 鹵1.48) months longer than that in the control group. The score of 89.29% CD4 / CD8 and the percentage of NK cells (1.95 鹵0.70) and (16.0 鹵4.00)% were significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine is an ideal treatment for the maintenance stage of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. It can not only prolong the time of progression without disease, but also improve the quality of life and immune function of patients. It is worth applying and popularizing in clinic.
