【摘要】：本文在探求脾胃學(xué)說(shuō)歷史發(fā)展進(jìn)程的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)整理姜建國(guó)教授的臨床病歷、醫(yī)案醫(yī)話、學(xué)術(shù)論著、出版書(shū)籍等相關(guān)資料,總結(jié)姜建國(guó)教授治療脾胃病及相關(guān)疾病的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與臨證特色。姜建國(guó)教授提出了復(fù)雜性辨證思維,此理論應(yīng)用于臨床,在治療復(fù)雜性、疑難性疾病的過(guò)程中具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義,并且提出了“不虛而補(bǔ)”的理論概念。以及對(duì)半夏瀉心湯和辛開(kāi)苦降法進(jìn)行了闡述,另外,臨床通過(guò)使用湯丸結(jié)合的方法以達(dá)到病后防復(fù)的目的。本人有幸通過(guò)跟診學(xué)習(xí),收集姜老師的門(mén)診病歷,在系統(tǒng)整理的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)姜老師不僅以六經(jīng)辨證治療脾胃病,同時(shí),通過(guò)調(diào)理脾胃治療各種疑難病,本文將以案例的形式呈現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of exploring the historical development of the theory of spleen and stomach, this paper, through sorting out professor Jiang Jianguo's clinical medical records, academic treatises, publications and other relevant materials, To summarize professor Jiang Jianguo's experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases and related diseases. Professor Jiang Jianguo put forward the complex dialectical thinking, which is applied in clinical practice and has a strong guiding significance in the process of treating complex and difficult diseases, and puts forward the theoretical concept of "no deficiency but no deficiency". The methods of Banxia Xiexin decoction and Xin Kaizhu decoction were expounded. In addition, the method of combination of decoction and pills was used in clinic to achieve the purpose of prevention and recovery. I had the honour to collect teacher Jiang's out-patient medical records through follow-up study. On the basis of systematic sorting out, I found that Mr. Jiang not only treated spleen and stomach diseases with syndrome differentiation of the six meridians, but also treated various difficult diseases by regulating the spleen and stomach. This article will be presented as a case study.
