【摘要】：目的:觀察分析中藥熏洗與中醫(yī)掛線聯(lián)合治療復(fù)雜性肛瘺的效果。方法:選2015年3月—2016年3月本院收治的復(fù)雜性肛瘺患者80例,隨機(jī)分成兩組采取不同方式治療,對(duì)照組40例采取中醫(yī)掛線治療,觀察組40例聯(lián)合使用中藥熏洗與中醫(yī)掛線治療,比較兩組療效、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、肛門(mén)功能評(píng)分以及12個(gè)月內(nèi)復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率為97.50%,較對(duì)照組的75.00%高,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組患者創(chuàng)面平均愈合時(shí)間為(21.55±4.21)d,較對(duì)照組的(33.25±4.35)d短,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組肛門(mén)功能評(píng)分為0.35±0.10分,對(duì)照組為1.56±0.21分,觀察組患者肛門(mén)功能評(píng)分較對(duì)照組優(yōu),P0.05,存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀察組12個(gè)月復(fù)發(fā)率為2.50%,較對(duì)照組的15.00%低,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:聯(lián)合應(yīng)用中藥熏洗與中醫(yī)掛線治療復(fù)雜性肛瘺可提高療效,加快創(chuàng)面的愈合,促進(jìn)患者肛門(mén)功能的恢復(fù),降低復(fù)發(fā)率,推薦使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine thread on complex anal fistula. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, 80 patients with complicated anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups, and 40 patients in control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). 40 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The curative effect, wound healing time, anal function score and recurrence rate within 12 months were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.00%, P 0.05), and the average healing time of the patients in the observation group was (21.55 鹵4.21) days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (33.25 鹵4.35) days (P 0.05), the anal function score of the observation group was 0.35 鹵0.10, and that of the control group was 1.56 鹵0.21. The anus function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the recurrence rate in the observation group at 12 months was 2.50%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (15.00%). Conclusion: the combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and traditional Chinese medicine thread in the treatment of complex anal fistula can improve the curative effect, accelerate the wound healing, promote the recovery of anal function of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, and recommend the use of this method.
