【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)小兒食積咳嗽發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究及子午流注理論的認(rèn)識(shí),指導(dǎo)食積咳嗽的患兒擇時(shí)服藥的臨床研究,觀察其臨床療效、安全性及可行性,從而為兒科臨床提供更有效的治療方案。方法:將60例符合條件的食積咳嗽患兒隨機(jī)分成兩組,治療組30例,對(duì)照組30例,治療組采用擇時(shí)服藥方案給予保和丸合二陳湯加減,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)服藥時(shí)間(即一天藥量均分2份)早晚給予保和丸合二陳湯加減。一周為一個(gè)療程,一般觀察兩個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:治療結(jié)果顯示兩組癥狀均改善明顯,實(shí)驗(yàn)組有效率為96.7%,對(duì)照組總有效率為86.7%,統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)分析有顯著性差異,根據(jù)癥狀說明實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:采用子午流注理論指導(dǎo)小兒食積咳嗽擇時(shí)用藥,效果確切,有針對(duì)性,為臨床食積咳嗽的治療提供一個(gè)新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pathogenesis of infantile dysphagia and the theory of meridian abortion, to guide the clinical study of children with dysphagia and to observe its clinical efficacy, safety and feasibility. So as to provide a more effective treatment for pediatric clinic. Methods: 60 children with cough were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine medication time (2 parts per day) and added or subtracted from Baohe Pill and Erchen decoction in the morning and evening. A week as a course of treatment, general observation of two courses of treatment. Results: the treatment results showed that the symptoms of the two groups were improved obviously, the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7. The statistical results showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group by rank sum test. Conclusion: using the theory of Meridian flow to guide the timing of children's cough, the effect is accurate and targeted, which provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of cough caused by food accumulation.
