【摘要】：文章介紹余瀛鰲先生治療病毒性肝炎的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本病為濕熱疫毒之氣侵犯肝體,影響到肝的體、用兩個(gè)方面。由于肝之體、用受損,進(jìn)而影響到氣、血、津液的功能及與肝臟生理關(guān)系密切的脾、胃、腎、和膽,發(fā)為諸多病證。治療上應(yīng)針對(duì)慢性肝炎的肝郁、陰血虧虛、脾失健運(yùn)及瘀血阻絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)病機(jī),以調(diào)肝、育陰血、健脾、活血通絡(luò)為基本治療原則。
[Abstract]:This article introduces the clinical experience of Mr. Yu Ying'ao in the treatment of viral hepatitis. This disease is the damp-heat epidemic poison gas invades the liver body, affects the liver body, uses two aspects. Because the body of the liver is damaged, and then affects the function of qi, blood, body fluid and spleen, stomach, kidney, and gallbladder, which are closely related to liver physiology, it has many disease syndromes. In the treatment of chronic hepatitis, we should aim at the basic pathogenesis of liver depression, deficiency of yin and blood, deficiency of spleen and stagnation of blood circulation, and take regulating liver, nourishing yin and blood, invigorating spleen and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the basic treatment principle.
