【摘要】：地黃飲子原名地黃飲,《黃帝素問(wèn)宣明論方》在原方基礎(chǔ)上加少許薄荷而成,為治療下元虛衰,痰濁上泛之喑痱證的常用方。老年期癡呆包括老年性癡呆(AD)、血管性癡呆(VD)及混合性癡呆等。中國(guó)歷代醫(yī)籍中并無(wú)老年期癡呆病名,但根據(jù)其臨床表現(xiàn)可歸屬于中醫(yī)的"呆病""癡呆""善忘""健忘""癲狂""文癡"范疇。根據(jù)歷代中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)并結(jié)合現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究,可以把老年期癡呆的發(fā)病病機(jī)概括為先天稟賦不足、陰陽(yáng)失調(diào)、氣血失和、臟腑功能失調(diào)。本文從文獻(xiàn)探究、方藥分析、機(jī)制闡述等方面探討地黃飲子加味治療老年期癡呆的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Radix Rehmanniae decoction was originally named Dihuang drink, "Huangdi Su Xuanming theory prescription" added a little menthol on the basis of the original prescription, for the treatment of deficiency of the lower yuan, phlegm, etc. Senile dementia includes Alzheimer's disease (AD),) vascular dementia (VD) and mixed dementia. There is no name for senile dementia in Chinese medical records, but according to its clinical manifestations, it can be classified into the category of "dumbness", "dementia", "forgetfulness", "amnesia", "mania" and "literary delusion" of Chinese medicine. According to the literature of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research, the pathogenesis of senile dementia can be summarized as congenital endowment deficiency, Yin and Yang disorders, qi and blood disharmony, and viscera dysfunction. In this paper, the mechanism of the treatment of senile dementia by Rehmannia glutinosa Rehmannia decoction was discussed from the aspects of literature research, prescription analysis and mechanism explanation.
