【摘要】：目的:探討采用對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)交經(jīng)互刺治療急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭挫傷的臨床療效。方法:將60例已確診為踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,對(duì)照組30例給予超短波物理治療,治療組30例在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上采用對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)交經(jīng)互刺治療。兩組均以7d為1個(gè)療程,2個(gè)療程后進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,觀(guān)察其臨床療效、VAS評(píng)分。結(jié)果:治療組治愈率為60.0%,對(duì)照組為33.3%,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組VAS評(píng)分治療前后比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療組在治療后1、3d優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)交經(jīng)互刺治療急性踝關(guān)節(jié)扭傷臨床療效佳,見(jiàn)效快,具有良好的研究前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute ankle joint contusion with corresponding point cross-meridian acupuncture. Methods: sixty patients with ankle sprain were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 30) was treated with ultrashort wave physiotherapy, the treatment group (n = 30) was treated with the corresponding point intersection acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated and VAS score was evaluated. Results: the cure rate of the treatment group was 60.0g and that of the control group was 33.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the difference of VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05) on the 1st day after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of acute ankle sprain is effective and has a good prospect.
