【摘要】：目的:探討補腎通關(guān)顆粒輔助治療良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的臨床療效。方法:選取2014年1月~2015年12月中南大學(xué)湘雅三醫(yī)院泌尿外科和益陽市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的120例BPH患者,采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組各60例,兩組均服用坦索羅辛治療,觀察組加用補腎通關(guān)顆粒輔助治療,療程均為4周,對比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果:治療后兩組患者IPSS、QOL評分及RUV較治療前均顯著降低,Qmax較治療前顯著升高(P0.05),觀察組患者IPSS、QOL評分及RUV均顯著低于對照組,Qmax顯著高于對照組(P0.05);治療后兩組患者夜尿次數(shù)、排尿困難、尿線情況、腰膝酸軟、少腹脹痛積分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05),觀察組患者夜尿次數(shù)、排尿困難、尿線情況、腰膝酸軟、少腹脹痛積分均顯著低于對照組(P0.05);治療前治療后兩組間、組內(nèi)前列腺體積、PSA水平差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者治療愈顯率63.33%顯著高于對照組的45.00%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:補腎通關(guān)顆粒輔助治療BPH患者較單純西醫(yī)治療具有更好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Tongguan granule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: from January 2014 to December 2015, 120 patients with BPH were selected from the Department of Urology, Xiangya third Hospital of Central South University and the third people's Hospital of Yiyang City. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). Both groups were treated with tansoloxine and the observation group were treated with Bushen Tongguan granule for 4 weeks. Results: after treatment, the scores of IPSS QOL and RUV in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05), the scores of IPSSQOL and RUV in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), the number of nocturnal urine in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Dysuria, urine line, sore waist and knee, less abdominal distending pain score were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05). In the observation group, the number of night-urine, dysuria, urethral line, waist and knee were soft and sour. The score of less abdominal distending pain was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05); there was no significant difference in prostate volume PSA level between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05); the curative effect rate of the observation group was 63.33% significantly higher than that of the control group (45.00%) (P0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Tongguan granule is more effective than western medicine in the treatment of BPH.
